𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Akane was well-known for her beauty. She was a fair-skinned and slender woman of feminine build with blue eyes, and red hair. Her hair was straight and reached her ankles with shoulder-length strands that framed both sides of her face and a black clip that parts her hair to the left. Akane wears a black uniform jacket with an orange zipper and buttons on the waist and sleeves, which can be folded up at times. She has a red armband with an Uzumaki crest on her left arm over this; she also sports common jujutsu pants and black penny loafers. She generally tie her hair in high ponytail or putting it down. 

After the Shibuya Incident Arc; Akane's hair clip was destroyed and was replaced by Sakura Kanzashi given by Toge Inumaki.

In the Itadori's Extermination Arc and Perfect Preparation Arc, Akane's hair grown longer reaches the ground.

In Chapter 102, Toge proposed to Akane and after 2 months; Akane was officially Inumaki and was 4 months pregnant.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Akane was very level-headed and cheerful with a noticeable sassy side to her. Despite her calm and kind nature, she retained her quick temper from childhood and occasionally lashed out violently at others if they angered her, something that even she finds off-putting. Akane also had a verbal tic: when flustered or excited, she would end her sentences with "(da)ttebane". 

Akane is also noted as boisterous, exuberant, and unorthodox, quite similar to Satoru Gojo and Yuuji Itadori. Akane also can be quite observant, picking up on things others miss and retaining information casually gathered through conversation. Growing up as an orphan who suffered years of hatred and social isolation has influenced Akane's character in a number of ways: she is heedless to formality and social standings, addressing certain people with nicknames instead of honourifics. 

Akane developed her own nindo of never going back on her word. This life-long philosophy serves as the cornerstone of Akane's great self-confidence; she believes she can accomplish any goal with enough hard work and perseverance, no matter what. This trait guides her in many aspects of life, such as her promise to protect Toge no matter what happened.
