Chapter 11:The Calm Before The Storm

(I am sorry I haven't written stuff down, just been really busy...let me explain)

When I woke up that day I expected my shoulder to magically get healed like I ate a senzu bean(a bean that is used to heal all injuries as quick as it is digested) from Dragon Ball Z but sadly my shoulder was still injured. At the time I awoke I expected everyone to be asleep but surprisingly no one was sleeping, who could blame them with all that has been going on. Usually people have alarm clocks to wake people up but apparently we wake up to the sound of zombies because they were banging on the windows at the time everyone was awake and everyone acted like it was a regular day. The funny thing is this is what I expected to be a normal day for us now and I can't understand why I said "the funny thing is".
I am not going to lie, living in Costco was a lot better than living in my house and the reason was simple. It was better because Costco had a lot of more resources and food. It was the first time in days where I felt like I could eat as much as I wanted. I went to the pop tarts section and ate so much pop tarts that at one point I could have sworn they were trying to run like the commercial. It felt nice to finally not be scared to eat up something.
When I finished eating I decided to head to the restroom but as I was walking I noticed that E and the first girls hand that I skipped we're already talking to each other. The girl he was talking to was this girl named Mica and they seemed pretty happy talking to each other so I just gave him a look(you know..that " really?" look) but he just kinda glanced at me mid laugh and turned right back to her. I paid him no attention and headed to the rest room. There was no one in there so I felt relieved, I wanted to handle my business alone.
When I left the restroom guess who was there. The other girl I didn't like(but secretly liked) waiting for me to come out. She went right out and asked it..,"you were taking a sh*t huh?" Any other person would have denied it but I was like,"I might have dropped a pound or two." She laughed and said,"shut up". We were walking and talking for a little bit and we met up with everyone in the front where we talked about how the weapons we brought were going to be divided but me and E weren't paying attention͵ we were to busy talking.
Everything seemed to be fine and everybody seemed to be cool for a while. We even decided to have a party to have everybody really settle in and just get use to each other. The party was fun and I was attempting to dance when Tyauna grabbed me and said," we need to talk." in my head I was thinking(didn't we talk all day?) But I didn't say it and decided to go with her. While we attempted to walk to an empty aisle I noticed E getting a full make out section from that girl I don't like in one of the columns. He was going in!!(meaning doing his thing I guess). It didn't look like he noticed us. We made it to a empty aisle and I asked,"what do you need to talk about?" She said,"us" and immediately leaned in to kiss me ,I didn't stop her of course. Our lips collided for that mere second in a half and for that time I forgot we were in a apocalypse. That kiss led to more kisses and that in turn lead to a lot of neck kissing and lip biting even though my shoulder still hurted a little I still tried to carry her but failed socially. We just kept going anyway but the awkward thing was I could have sworn I saw someone watching us but I kept going anyway.
We went to sleep in the same aisle(nothing serious..just cuddling) and that was great until we woke up. The next day we woke up to a misfired gunshot and we all ran to it from our sleep to see what happened. The dude I didn't like for basically no reason named Fred was laying on the floor with a terrified look as he looked forward. Then we all had terrified looks on our face. Just like that all our happiness that we had the day before today..went away...this was truly the calm before the storm.
