It's been a week since Itsuki took the entrance exam, he ended off with 34 points, after what happened, he couldn't bring himself to leave that rooftop until it was all over

Since then Itsuki has spent his time alone in his room, only coming out when necessary, naturally his parents were worried

Itsuki layed on his bed in his dark room, the only light coming from the small gap between his windows blinds

*knock* *knock*

"Itsuki dear? Are you alright?, I know I've asked you so many times already, but are you sure you don't want to talk about it?"
His mother's voice came from the other side of his door

Itsuki sighed, his mother has been coming up to ask the same question a thousand times a day, he just wants to be left alone

"Yes mother, I'm fine, please, leave me be"
Itsuki told her, for the thousandth time

"...Itsuki, is it about the exam? Did something happen?"
His mother asked

Itsuki didn't respond, no, he couldn't respond

"Itsuki... if your worried about passing, please don't, your father and I both know you will, and that means your one step further towards your goal of being a hero! So please don't worry about it, how about you come out of your room and we can go out for a family dinner!"
His mother spoke trying to comfort him

Itsuki however was not comforted in the slightest, he felt angry, frustrated, all his parents ever talked about nowadays was him becoming a hero, a hero he doesn't even want to be, but yet if he doesn't, he can't even imagine what his parents will do, to him, or themselves, he's stuck between a rock and a hard place, with no sign of being set free anytime soon

He took a second to breath and calm down

He slowly got out of bed and walked to his door, slowly turning the knob as he put on a smile, and then finally opening it to see his mother standing on the other side

"Yeah... I guess I was just worried about the exam results! Hahaha! I didn't do as well as I thought I would on the practical and it's been bugging me! But your right, I shouldn't worry, let's go get dinner, let me just freshen up a bit, yeah"
Spoke Itsuki in a happy voice, although fake, it was enough to fool his mother

"Yes of course! Your father and I will wait for you downstairs! Please take your time"
Spoke his mother with a relieved look on her face

She then turned to walk back down the hallway and down the stairs, once she was out of itsukis sight, his smile vanished, leaving his face neutral

"Like hell I was worried about that"

The next day Itsuki woke up to pounding coming up the stairs

"Itsuki! Itsuki!"
A muffled voice called out

His mother then burst into his room, his father right behind her

"Itsuki! It's here!! From U.A, your letter!!"
His mother spoke out of breath from running, she held it out to him

He sat on his bed in a daze form just waking up

"Well? What are you waiting for! Open it!"
Said his father excitedly

Slowly Itsuki stood up and took the letter from his mother, he looked down at the letter and stared at it for a minute

"Do you mind if... if I open it in private?"
He stuttered out

His parents looked at each other and hesitated
