Aziel's Point Of View
As days passes by, Hindi ko na mabilang kung ilang beses kong pinigilang magawi ang aking paningin sa direksyon nila. At ilang beses ko naring tinitis ang mga kasweetan nila na hindi napipigilan ng mga kaklase namin na mag-ingay dahil doon.
The days went by so quickly, for me. At ngayon, Isa nanamang araw ang kailangan ng Notebooks, Ballpen, utak at presinsya. A usual day for a student it is.
But, they'll be set a side for now because today, the school starts to prepair for the most awaited event ever student's and Faculties' are looking up for!
Universities day. Every year ginaganap ang UD, isa itong aktibidad para sa lahat ng Unibersidad sa loob at labas ng campus. Lahat ng University ay magpapaligsahan for the champ. We, Our University is one of the wing of this tournament. Kumbaga, Isa ang university namin sa inaabangan pagdating dito dahil halos lahat ng palaro ay nasa matataas ang mga puntos ng school ko.
proof of that was our championship last game.
"IN OUR Singing entertainment competition, we have selected four people. One is from the grade 11, one of the grade 9, and 2 right here in this room. But that doesn't mean na kayo na ang magkokompit sa contest, We are just suggesting our aces at kayong apat nga ang mga pangalang binabanggit ng Board." Said Mr Harry to us. Tungkol ito sa up comming Universities day four days from now.
"Ms Gonzales and Mr Balaria?"
Napatingin ako sa harap ng marinig ko ang aking
pangalan.
"You two.. I's time to practice the imposible songs. Don't be surprised because almost about 90 percent of thenboard's vote went to both of you." Agad naman akong umalma dahil sa sinabi nito.
"—Sir..'di po ako marunong sir. Talaga." Agad kong anas dito matapos nitong magsalita.
Napatingin naman lahat sakin pero ang aking mga mata ay nakatingin lang sa guro na tumaas ang kilay.
"Are you complaining, Mr Balaria?"
Yes obviously mentally physically.
"No, sir." Nakayuko kong sabi dito habang inaalala kung kailan ako kumanta sa loob ng campus? Yes, Kumakanta naman ako ng palihim. Pero like in a competition? I don't know lang. And did I heared it right or it's just me or i'm just dead but. . .
"Ms Gonzales? Can we hear you sing?" I heard Mr Harry said. Oh, no. I haven't heard it wrong. It's really her. And in that point, my head suddenly hurl like a bowl in their direction.
Jane immediately stand up like a frog full of confidence. How in the hell did i say she's a frog? I don't know either. She's just. . . like one for me.
Catching plague in hunger, Jumping like there's no tomorrow. See? She really looks like one. Catching my boyfriend's attention, Jumping into him like there's no tomorrow. But you know what i'm just insulting her in my mind because i'm bitter. Hindi ko mapigilan eh, wala naman siyang ginagawa sa'kin. Wala nga ba? WALA NGA BA!? yawa.
I leave behind my not-so-polite thoughts at bumalik nalang sa pagprocrastinate knowing I will be singing in front of these peasants char.
Nagtanong pa ito kung ano'ng klaseng kanta ang kakantahin nito at sinabi ni Mr Harry na kahit ano raw basta palaban. She's really confident, I once glance at Braddly who's smiling while looking at her. Oh God, I miss those smiles, love. •.•
