The Alpha's Touch

* Oh, and did I forget to mention, Caylee has a deep secret that she has told knobody out of fear of being shamed in her pack* >:)

"Caylee!"

I turned at my name being screamed to see my friend running at me at full speed. I braced myself for the impact of her slamming into me, and surely enough I was thrown back onto the floor with my best friend Becki sprawled over the top of me.

She was always there for gossip around the pack, if their was anything happening within 20 km of this girl she'd know about it.

"Jesus Becki!, what's going on". She jumped back off of me, hauling me to my feet. This girl is far too obsessed.

"Caylee, Oh my god, you won't believe it!" she jumped up and down excitedly.

"Whats going on!", I was shaking her shoulders by now so she'd just get the news out.

"We're getting a new Alpha!". She shrieked excitedly.

"Why is that such a good thing!, thats terrible Becki", I was looking at her like she was completely mental, having an Alpha transferred from another pack was never good, this would most likely end terribly.

"Oh no it isnt!, have you seen him yet?, He just came about an hour ago from our neighbour pack, The Night Hunter clan. I heard that our Alpha's almost to the point of needing to retire and since his mate was killed before having his first born son, he had no choice but to give the Alpha position to the second born son of the Night Hunter clans alpha!.

Becki was to the point of hyperventilating by now and I really did think she was about to pass out..

"So why are you so excited about this guy?" I asked her casually.

"He looks like a god!" She screamed in my face. "He's so unbelievably hot and he has no mate!" She shrieked.

Did I forgot to mention, aside from being a notorious gossip, shes completely obsessed with any guy she feels she has a chance with. The last time a rongue was accepted into our pack, she stalked him every waking minute until he found his mate within our territories. So officially off limits which she was not too happy about.

"Come on Caylee!, you have to see him!". She grabbed at my arm and attempted to pull me from my room.

"Becki, sorry, but I'm really not too interested in this guy the same way you are".

"Too bad, we have a pack meeting anyway, so come on". I grumbled to myself as she dragged me towards the meeting hall.

As we walked into the meeting hall a delicious smell hit me like a tonne of bricks, I knew excatly what the smell was, I looked around the room furiously in search of him, my mate.

I moved around the room, the smell was getting stronger. The scent was so strong, how could i not know where it was from, I turned quickly coming face to face with the most gorgeous creature I'd ever seen, he was looking down at me, his shining green eyes stared deep into mine, I was frozen in place.

His hand had raised and gently caressed my cheek, i felt electricity burst through me at the slight touch, he was mine.
