I walked down the beach,the smelll the sight the sound everything was beautiful. i took my shoes off and walked along the water it was so calming i was almost happy. i closed my eyes but kept walking.
i heard laughing and opened my eyes, i guess there was a bonfire ahead so i just kept quiet and walked along the shore.
"hey" this guy yelled
i guessed he wasnt talking to me so i kept walking.
"hey do u speak" he said again. and i looked his way, he was already coming at me.
"um hai" i said and continued walking.
he came along side me and said "i havent seen u around here im mark "
"thats cause i just got here im here for the summer im jojo" i said
he searched my body smiled like he liked what he saw, i was wearing jean booty shorts and a bvb shirt. my hair was bright blonde and curled it went to the middle of my back.
"oh u musta just moved into franks house" he smiled.
"um i guess" i pointed down the shore to the supposed house we were gonna be living in for 3 months.
"yup hes my uncle so i guess al be seeing u a lot" he smiled
"i guess so" i said with no expretion at all.
"so wanna come and hangout with us" he said.
"um no thanks im fine doin wat im doin" i said.
"ah come on they would love to meet u" he said with a frown.
"really im fine" i started at the waves crashing on my feet.
"pleaseeeee" he said then graved my hand and started bringing me to the bonfire.
"dude come on" i said slumping over realizeing i wasnt gonna win this conversation. and started walking that way.
"this is jojo shes stayin in franks house" he said with a big smile, then this girl walks up to him and rapes her arm around arm his shoulder. she was perfect she had perfect brown curled hair and a cute little summer dress on, and the right amount of make up on her face.
"hi nice to meet u" this guy said from beside me. i honestly did see him there.
"hai u to" i said groaning.
"r u ok" this guy says who i soon find out his name is jeremy.
"yea im good" i said lieing.
"well sit" mark said.
"so i sat on a log around the campfire" then they al scattered around the other logs, mark on one side of me with that girl and jeremy on the other side of me.
we just talked about random **** for about two hours.
when my phone rings. its my derek. -how it goes-
"what" i said
"where r u?" he said
"out y do u care" i cocked my head
"because ur moms asleep and i need to make sure u get it" he said
"well all be in later" i said
"no u need to come in now its like 11" he razed his voice.
"i said i will be in later ur not my f**kin father" then i hung up the phone. when i looked up from puttin my phone away everyone was staring at me.
"um what was that" mark said confused
"my moms stupid boyfriend" i scoffed.
"wheres ur dad?" marks gf said.
"um hes uh, i gotta go" i said trying to fight back tears i know my dad died 2 yeaars ago but it still hurt really bad.
"no stay!" mark said. as i stood up he graved my arm.
"i gotta go my mom is worried about me" i lied, i needed to get otta there. i pulled my arm away.
"bye then i guess" jeremy said with a frown.
"bye" mark said.
"by" i said then started walking down the beach.
when i got to the house all the lights were off, i walked in and upstairs into my room, it didnt really know where the light switch was so i just started feeling around for it. then all of a sudden i i move my hands onto what it felt like was a human chest. i jumped back, and the lights turned on.it was derek, frickin creepy.
"what do think ur mom woulda said if she was up" he said lifting the corner of his mouth.
"i dont know and i dont care she cares more about u then me so" i pushed past him and graved some clothes for bed.
"maybe thats true but she love loves u" he said
"well i gott change get out" i said shuffing him out the door.
"and go to bed while ur at it" he said.
"all go to bed if i feel like it" and shut my door in his face.
i changed into black shorts, a tanktop and put my hair in a bun. i crawled into bed and shuffed my headphones, my only serenity.
