(Juliana's P.O.V.)

"Time for the vows," the priest said

"I'll go first," Ceasar said taking out a piece of paper from his suit.

He was so nervous his hand was shaking like crazy. He was making me start to feel nervous honestly, looking at the groom's men I saw Dani smirking at me... I swear to God he's lucky we're in front of people I wanna kill him so bad right now.

"Jul, I know being with me came with a lot of sacrifices and risks and I want you to know that I will always appreciate that. I appreciate you leaving your old life and in taking this one.

Today as I place those rings on your finger, I want to not only promise you happiness and love but protection. I promise to look after you and all our children.. big and small. I promise to never leave your side and always walk with you.

I also want to thank you, thank Mrs. Ivanov for taking care of my firstborn and always...always making sure she is okay and that you're with her. Thank you for giving me, 2 beautiful children... God alone knows how grateful I am for them and I know that you'll show them love for eternity." He said tearing up

I myself was tearing up while I listened to him. Walking closer to him I planed my hand on his waist and needed my head for him to continue.

"Maybe one day we'll add 1 more just make the numbers even. Lastly, I must thank you for staying... even though we broke up a million and one times... I wouldn't have it any other way because our toxic love is better than any other love it has out there... I love you Juliana Ivanov" he said before kissing my head

Stuffing the paper in his pocket he wiped his eyes and then smiled at me

Stepping back, I held his hands and looked at the crowd.

"Guess it's my turn," I said before turning back to him

"As I thought about what to say, I realized that this marriage isn't like any other. This union not only signifies our love for each other but your trust... not in us but in the cartel.

And before I tell you how much I love you and how much I am grateful for you. I would like to say, that I promise not only to protect our children but the family." I said turning back to everyone in the crowd

"I may not know all your names but one day I will, but I would like to promise all of you that I will protect this town, I will be here in needing times. Because not only am I Ceasar's wife but now I hold the title of your queen and I promise you all that I will always be someone you can come to no matter what. I am here for you." I said to them before turning back to Ceasar.

As I did they all started clapping and chanting in Russian, I didn't understand what they were saying but it sounded so beautiful.

Ceasar bend down to my ear and translated the chanted for me."Long live our Queen. Kill for the family. Long live Juliana and Ceasar."

I looked at him and just smiled, he held his hand up silencing them, and then nodded his head for me to continue.

"To Ceasar. My husband, to you I promise to never step away from your side, I promise to be there through the dark times and the good. I promise to protect our children and keep them loved no matter what. I promise to love you, even if it's our toxic way for it... I promise to never stop loving you even if one day I am on my last breath." I said staring into his now teary eyes

Taking my hand I placed it on his cheek and wiped his tears away before I whispered"I love you, Mr. Ivanov"

"Let's have the rings," the priest said
