Pins POV

Today, Spindle was at school, and  Needle and I cleared out our schedules, because we were going to potty train the twins. It was clear that they were ready, considering the fact that they tell us every single time when we need to change their diapers. The twins were very excited to start using the toilet, which was a huge relief to Needle and I.

We watched some potty training videos with them, and they seemed to enjoy them a lot. After that, we gave them each a pack of "big boy underwear", and they got to choose what pair to wear for the day. We also set up a mini toilet in the kitchen for them to start using before moving to the big toilet. We also set up some ground rules for the day.

"Okay Thimbie and Alfie, what are some of the rules we have for the day, I said.

"Stay off the carpets," Thimbie said. The last thing Needle and I wanted to do today was clean pee and poop out of the carpet.

"Very good Thimbie, any other rules," Needle said.

"Let mommy or ma ma know when we go potty," Alfie said.

"Yes, and what do you get when you go potty," I asked them.

"CANDY!"

"Correct," Needle said. "Now what should we do if we go potty on the floor on accident?"

"Stay on the floor and get mommy or ma ma," Alfie said.

"That's great. Alfie and Thimbie, I think it's time to let the potty party begin," I said.

"YAY!" They got on their big boy underwear and were ready to start potty training.

We started out by giving them a lot of drinks. We let them choose what drinks they got to have, so they would drink more and hopefully go to the bathroom more often.

After that, we got them some toys to play with. Needle and I sat down to play with some Duplo with them. After around 20 minutes, Alfie got up.

"Mommy, mama, I'm going potty!" We followed him to the little toilet. He sat down on the toilet, and we heard him pee.

"Yay," Needle and I said.

"I did it I did it!"

"We're so proud of you Alfie," I said, as I gave him a hug. We got him some candy as a reward. Then, we see Thimbie start running over to the toilet.

"I go potty!" And sure enough, he did. We gave him a hug and some candy, and told them how proud we were of him. A few minutes later, Coiny gave us a call.

"What's up Coiny," I said.

"Nothing much, just wanted to check in on you guys, it's been a while since we've hung out."

"It's been going good. Spindle is enjoying school a lot, the twins have been keeping us busy, it's been a lot of fun. How about you," Needle said.

"Well, the twins started up Kindergarten, and have been doing amazing. They've also continued to play basketball, and have been enjoying that a lot." All the sudden, Alfie came up to me. It was clear he knew that we were talking to Coiny, and he wanted to tell him something.

"Coiny, I think Alfie has a little announcement for you!" I gave Alfie the phone.

"Hey Alfie, what's up?"

"Uncle Coiny, I went pee pee in the potty."

"You went pee pee in the potty? I'm so proud of you Alfie!"

"I also go pee in the potty," Thimbie said running up to the phone.

"That's so cool you two!"

"Here guys, let me take the phone," Needle said.

"So, how's the potty training been, any accidents yet," Coiny asked.

"No accidents yet, thankfully. We've been having a potty training part in here," I said.

"That's good, but be prepared for them latter on."

"Oh, trust me, we are," Needle said. "We've been keeping them on the wood for the day."

"How smart. Firey and I potty trained our kids, we let them roam around wherever. Long story short, the day ended with me cleaning pee on the carpet."

"That must stink," I said. "Let's hope the rest of the day goes smoothly."

"Well, I'm wishing the best for everyone, and tell Alfie and Thimbie I'm rooting for them."

"We will, thanks Coiny, talk to you soon," Needle said.

"Bye girls!" Coiny hung up.

We ate lunch soon after. I ended up making some pasta and red sauce for everyone. Evryone seemed to enjoy it.

Just a few minutes after we cleaned up lunch, Alfie called out for us.

"Mommy, mama?"

"What is it sweetie," I said as we came up to him.

"I went pee on the floor." We looked right next to him, and saw it. He started crying.

"Alfie, it's okay buddy, we knew this was going to happen, I know you got this," Needle said. Alfie became happy again very quickly. We got him changed and continued with our day.

We got out some action figures for the twins to play with, since they enjoy playing with them a lot. They seemed to be having them do some sort of fight. By the looks of it, I think Thimbie won.

After around an hour, Spindle came home from school. He's been starting to walk home from school, which helps out Needle and I a lot.

"Hey Spindle, how was your day," Needle asked him.

"I was goo-"

"Spindle Spindle! Alfie and I went to the potty!" Thimbie seemed really excited to tell him that. Spindle gave Thimbie a high-five and a hug.

"Hey, I want a hug from Spindle too," Alfie said. So Spindle gave him a hug.

"Did they do good," Spindle asked us.

"Very, we only had one accident from Alfie, and several other successes," Needle said.

"That's really goo, I would think it would be more."

"Well, you were quite a though one to potty train Spindle, you did not want or wear underwear at all for a while," I said. Spindle laughed a little.

"Well, hopefully these two don't give you that trouble."

"They thankfully haven't been like that, in fact, they've been excited to wear big boy underwear for a while," Needle said.

"Well-"

"Mama, mommy, I went poo poo!"

"Well, looks like Thimbie wants to show us the poo he took." He took us to the toilet, and showed us the present he left us.

"Good job Thimbie," Needle said to him. I went and got him some extra candy for that.

Soon enough, it was time for dinner. I made us some chicken fingers, which are a huge hit in the house. The twins deserved it for doing so great when we potty trained them. We all ate, and congratulated the twins for the progress they made today.

"I want to go to the potty everyday," Thimbie said. Let's hope it stays that way.

"I get to be a big boy," Alfie said.

"You sure are Alfie," I said.

After we watched some TV, it was bedtime for the kids. We got the twins back in diapers for the night, and put them to be. We said goodnight to Spindle, and Needle and I went and watched some more TV. I'm so proud of how much progress the twins made today, and I hope they continue to make tons of progress.

Hello. Sorry if sometimes a go a few days without uploading. I'm doing just fine, it's just getting a bit busy between my YouTube channel and an online course that I'm taking this summer, so sometimes I have to push if writing. I'm generally happy about this chapter, so that's good. I've been planning out some more of where I want to go with this book, and have lots of interesting stuff in store. So as always, stay tuned for the next chapter!
