dream clouds // koko paws

koko woke up with a breathy yawn, rubbing nyan's eyes while doing so. it was so bright, brighter then usual. but to koko, they just woke up late.
as they opened pup's eyes, nyan panicked. "huh!?! where am i?!" they were in the middle of a bright, white cloud. through their panic, a person appeared before nyan. "hello, welcome to the clouds" neonbee spoke in a soft, warm voice, their rainbow brown hair shimmering under the direct sunlight. "w-who are you,,,?" koko was frightened but hid it, nyan was too scared to be k1lled. "don't be scared, i can sense it, i'm neonbee! call me neon" with the last 3 words she winked. 

"n-neon,, bee??" koko stumbled over pup's words, getting a little more comfortable. "yep! im the cloud bee, so i have pretty little neons, but im not an actual bee ;}" neon replied, also getting more comfortable.

"o-oh,,, okay,,," the words slipped out of nyan's mouth through their panic. "so,,, im on- a,,, cloud,,?" "mhm! pretty isn't it?" bee happily sat beside the now upright koko. "yea, its really bright though,,,,," "yeah we get that a lot from new people" neon happily chuckled in reply to their own comment. "oh alright!" koko felt more relaxed now, but had the tingle of anxiety every now and then. thoughts like, "when will i get home?, even if i will." and "why am i here?"

to avoid seeming annoying though, these questions stayed shoved in pup's mind. 
koko rubbed nyan's eyes again, their eyes getting strained from the sudden rise in sunlight as the sun rose. they looked at pup's watch. "wait, it was that bright at 6am?" pup asked. "haha, yea, it gets pretty sunny early here." neon replied. 


(aaa this is my first time writing a fanfiction so critisim is allowed :] this was really fun, ill make more chapters soon :3)
