What Santino wants, Santino gets.
Being the only son of a wealthy vigneron, nine year-old Santino Uji grew up to be spoiled brat. Overindulged by his parents' attention and love, he can go all the way naughty and never nice - so much that even Santa Claus would rather sip coffee in the North Pole than try to make a good boy out of him.
Trouble-maker, rule breaker, constant headache - is what people label him but all fell on deaf's ear to Santi. He always got his parents' back.
Until one day, his mother took home a girl, year younger than him, wearing tattered clothes. Flies are literally following her smelly hair. Nasty rashes covered her skin. Chapped lips and dirty cheeks.
"Sofia, this is Santino."
The girl hid behind his mother's legs. He was about to offer a handshake when Lucia Navarro-Miller spoke again.
"Santino, this is Sofia Ximena. She will be your younger sister from now on."
Sofia shyly smiled to which Santi answered with a snort.
A sister? What sister? All Santino can see is a threat.

His dislike towards his so-called younger sister intesified when his father - their father fondly called Sofi "bunso".
Sofia Ximena turns out to be an achiever in school, a fast-learner on any music instruments, a sweet child everybody adores, someone who always paints smile on their parents' face - a complete opposite of him.
She is more of a Miller than him.
To channel his annoyance, ginagawa niya lahat para inisin ito. He wrecked her school projects, he placed frogs on her shoes, stick glue on her hair - anything to make her fear him and eventually to make her leave.
But when a prank went horribly wrong that put Sofia's life in danger, their father exiled him to Gordonstoun School, a boarding school for boys in an isolated part of Moray, Scotland.
After completing eight horrible years in that boarding school, sixteen year-old Santino is finally given a go-signal to return to Spain.
Bumaba si Santi sa kotse. "Where's Mama, Valentina?" tanong niya sa sumalubong na kasambahay.
Pero iba ang sumagot. "She's at a charity event."
Binalingan niya ang nagsalita.
Sofia Ximena smiled at him sweetly - cheeks rosy, lips naturally pink.
Santino was caught off-guard how puberty is way too good and generous to Sofie. A far-cry from the dirty, little girl she once was.
Her deep-set dark eyes and that sexy placement of her mole under the corner of her left eye stirred something within him.
Nilahad nito ang kamay. "Welcome back, brother."
Pero nanatili pa rin ang titig niya sa maliit nitong mukha.
Brother, huh?
She is his sister.
Who decided that?
A piece of paper?
He smiled.
Santino wasn't called troublemaker and rule-breaker for nothing after all.
