I have sorted out everything I need to shift and over laying in bed right now thinking if I want to now or later although I have everything sorted out I'm not as comfy and I haven't eaten yet but I am waiting until 5 it's currently 2:37 p.m. but I don't want to eat anything just in case I'm not hungry later I tried to shift earlier but it didn't go to plan  I don't know if the pillow method is for me I'm going to try a few more times before giving up with the pillow method and going onto the raven method although I'm comfy in bed and I have everything next to me and the candle is blown out I don't know what it is but I just can't shift and I've been trying for over an hour I just can't fall asleep maybe I'm not tired enough to shift I'm not going to shift right now but I'll update you after 5
