Chapter 6 - Bad Ramen and Movies

Nii-san, Nendou, Shun and I were walking down the main street trying to find a ramen shop that Nendou's cousin recommended to him. I was down to skip until Nii-san told me that Shun was coming and so I agreed.

"Hey, are we there yet?" Shun asked whilst looking at Nendou for an answer.

Before Nendou could reply, we heard a familiar female voice. I looked in front of me to see Teruhashi, "Oh, fancy meeting you here Saiki!"

She was talking to Nii-san and so I didn't really pay too much attention.

Kokomi Teruhashi is what society would call perfect. She is incredibly pretty and acts very kindly towards people, she even has a golden aura around her. Although, of course none of this works on me as I'm gay and it doesn't work on Nii-san because... well he's Nii-san.

Despite her appearance, her hidden thoughts are very bratty and so I wouldn't call her perfect. However, Nendou and Shun have different opinions.

"Oh wow! It's Teruhashi!" Both Nendou and Shun say in unison.

Calm down Y/N, I should have expected this.

Shun and I had a conversation the other day about what his sexuality is as he wanted to figure it out. We both decided that he was either bisexual or pansexual as he says that he's had crushes on girls before. This included Teruhashi.

As I said before, Teruhashi is what the world would call 'perfect' and so it didn't shock me when Shun was excited to see her. Although, he doesn't seem as flustered by her as he used to be.

"What are you boys up to today?" Teruhashi asks as I walk closer to Shun.

"W-Well Nendou said that he k-knew of a good ramen shop, so h-he's taking us there n-now!" Shun stuttered. I guessed he was excited as Teruhashi doesn't really speak to us that much and she is very popular.

"Yeah, we're gonna pig ou- I mean eat like gentlemen." Nendou explained, although I was shocked by how flustered he was. I don't think that I had ever seen Nendou and Teruhashi talk and so wasn't sure how Nendou would react to her. He usually has a blank expression on his face but now, his cheeks are slightly red and his body is stiff.

"Oh ramen sounds good! Do you guys mind if I invite myself to tag along with you? Oops, I hope I'm not being overly pushy!" She says with a finger on her cheek.

Of course, Nii-san's facial expression doesn't change and neither does mine. Nendou starts to say some sort of response but to be honest, I'm not really sure if it was even a sentence.

"Hey, you okay?" I put my hand on Shun's shoulder as he was shaking slightly.

"Wah? Oh Y/N! I'm fine, just a bit chilly is all!" Shun replies, still slightly shaking.

As he starts to walk of towards Nendou, Nii-san and Teruhashi, I quickly take my scarf off and put it round his neck.

"There, now you won't be cold." I smile at him.

"H-Huh? B-But what a-a-about you?"

"I'll be fine Shortie, I have a jacket in my bag if I get cold."

Then, Shun grabs my sleeve and pulls me towards Nii-san and the others as we carry on walking down the street.

...

Walking down the street, everyone's staring. Not because Shun and I are discretely holding hands but because Teruhashi is with us.

This is usually the response that Teruhashi gets, people staring and awing at her. Unfortunately, this was making both me and Shun very nervous in case anyone we knew saw us holding hands.
