My Sweet 𝑠𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑡 Marco

So I was walking around the Trost area than I stopped at a certain point the exact spot where I saw my bestest friend in the entire world Marco's half eaten body I wanted to cry I loved him so much and I didn't know how to tell him I loved him more than a brother than I walked towards the area where he was burnt

At the time I specifically asked for him to be burnt separate from the others so I can keep him with me at all times every night I go to bed I kiss the urn and tell Marco goodnight and go to bed

I sat their and thoughts of Marco flew through my mind than

"Jean we have to go soon"

I looked up captain Levi was standing there

I said "ok captain I'll be there"

He took to steps away then sat next to me

He asked "is something on ur mind Jean"

I went "Marco"

Levi sighed than said "I could be my typical self and say that he is long gone but U and him reminded me of mine and Erwin's relationship and if I ever lost Erwin I'd do the exact same thing as U but I bet what Marco wants is U to live in his name-"

I bursted out crying "Levi I loved him like a lover and I never got to tell him"

Levi was silent he pulled me into a hug

I sobbed into his chest "I keep thinking he is alive but I have his ashes"

I heard Erwin's voice saying "Levi we got to go"

Levi said "hold them up please"

Erwin said in a gentle voice "ok"

I walked when I arrived at the survey Corps I went "please don't complain but we'll have to wait for a while"

Eren put his hand up and asked "may I ask why"

I said in a calm matter "Jean is kinda feeling overwhelmed"

Armin asked "why"

I went "that is for Jean to talk about when he wants to talk about it"

I asked "you feeling alright"

He said "yea I am"

He smiled and said "Thanks Commander Erwin"

We all mounted on our horses and I yelled "we are ready to go"

As we exited Wall Rose we started to move

Levi's words sunk into me "I bet Marco wants U to live in his name"

I would do anything for Marco
