You were my best friend. It has been five years now since you let me go. We don't talk anymore. We don't see each other anymore. It is exactly like you told me. You let me go. I know you didn't forget about me. I know you still have the memories from our time together. I know because if you didn't have them anymore, you wouldn't be thinking about me. And then I would not exist anymore. I would just be gone, forgotten, dead. But that's not the case, you really still do remember me. Because I do still exist. You told me once, if someone is still on your mind he or she is still in your heart. I didn't forget about you. I still have those memories. I will always be in your heart. You will always be in mine. Like I told you, I will always love you, no matter what. I never stopped loving you. I hope you are well. I love you, you were my best friend.
