Chapter 3 (Part 1)

"What got you knickers twisted Kim?" That's what Chase said to the person she was talking to.

We are eating breakfast when her phone suddenly rings, it's a typical day so I'm not surprised that Chase is so busy..

I shouldn't have paid attention to her if it wasn't for the way she looked at me playfully, her eyes speak mischief and her smirk is the epitomy of danger.

But one thing is for sure, Chase will never let anything bad happen to me. So even though I was nervous about the nonsense running through her mind, I just ignored it and continued eating.

"I told you let me handle it. You will get her completely, nothing too much, but there's just something missing." She said with a burst of laughter.

I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows at what she had been acting right now , yes Chase is being playful but in a very sarcastic way. This is the first time I heard her get playful which is normal. This got me intrigued.

"It's the same. Nothing change." She said, she suddenly sounded so serious but the playful expression of her eyes still hasn't changed.

"I'll let you know as soon as everything is ready." She said then hung up.

"Who's that?" Couldn't help but asked.

She smirk. "A very dangerous person."

I pan my head at the side, I can't help but frown. "Very dangerous person? Isn't it you?"

She chuckle. "My dear Lisa, I have to tell you this, there are a lot of dangerous person in the world. Most of them are my enemies, a lot of them are my pawns, but that person is the one that I like. She's the only few that I trust."

I shiver a little with what she said. It's true that Chase only trusts a handful of people, except for her family, you can count those people on your fingers. And they are the most dangerous of all.

"And you trust that person because?" I asked her again.

"She's your wife." She answered me with a silly smile drawn on her lips..

"Whatever, Chase." I just shook my head and continued eating.

Chase Pendragon. One of the richest persons in the world. A genius who made her first million at the age of 7 all by her own effort. She is powerful and her influence knows no bounds.

So the one million question is, what's my relationship with her?

She's my half sister.

My biological father have the guts to knock up the one and only daughter of the Pendragon clan. The crazy thing is that he managed to escape and hide in his home country, Thailand. Where he met my Mom and married her. Unfortunately, the Pendragon Clan found him and well, the rest is history.

Chase become a staple part of my life since I was born. She is also the overbearing and overprotective sister, she's much worst than my own parents. When I am in Thailand she has these bodyguards guard me 24/7, bodyguards that you think are ninjas because I don't even notice that I am surrounded by them.

When I decided to go to Korea, let's say that my sister got worried so much to the point that she even bribe me a whole Entertainment company of my own just not to go to Korea. Of course I didn't agree, so I continued to go to Korea. When I did, Chase company started to invest in Kpop industry.

Seriously, my sister is a whole level of headache.

She's also in another scale of danger. Pendragon family have always been prestigious. As Chase often says, being a Pendragon means every second of your life a lot of guns are pointed at you.
