Hi, um this is quite new to me because this is my first book. I hope you like it and maybe it's a bit common because I got this plot from reading other books or watching a movie. I'm still learning in sharpening my skill in writing so feel free in correcting my grammar. Hope you like this and feel free to comments and don't forget to vote!

How miracle works is always a grey area for humans. Maybe not all, some of them don't believe how a miracle can occur so easily like that. So, they seek an answer, something logical that they can grasp on. Something that they can apply the mathematic equations to them, or things that they can observe and collect data. However, a part of the mortal being who has a belief linked to a mythical creature, gods hope for a miracle to happen when they are dismayed, disappointed with their lives. Some of them will wake up in the morning and pray to the deity to fulfill his wish, meanwhile, some people meditate in silence and wailing their wish in their heart so the one who is in charge granting his prayer will look down and think they are eligible enough of the miracle that will happen in their life.

These people, for whom they are praying so vehemently? In some cases, they are reciting prayers for their spouse or they are praying for their children to not fail their exam. However, for Nora, she is praying for her son to not die for the second time in her hold ever again. Despite the cold blizzard, she pushed herself to wake up and do her daily ritual. She will repeat this even with the season is changing to a harsher one because she knows her happiness is counted, by who she is still unsure.

She woke up and looked at her right side and the bold, red light indicates that it's already 5 in the morning. When she glanced to her left, she could still see that her husband was still asleep with a small cute snore pushing through his mouth.

"What a night." she thought to herself.

She kissed her husband's temple and whispered to her husband, to remind him to bring their little sunflower boy to the jungle. The jungle is what Ollie calls the institution that he goes to for his consultation because there are long vines attached to the wall of the building, it's so long and thick that you can't see certain parts of the place. Nora thinks this is how Ollie copes with his anxiety about the medical institution. Her husband, John nods his head just to show that he still remembers his daily task before he goes to work. Nora put her fluffy white slippers on and got ready in the toilet. She wore a simple dress with a thick jacket because it looks like the snow is still falling outside.

"Make sure he eats breakfast, darling."

She said to his husband before she stepped out of their bedroom. She walked softly through the hallway and peeked on the slightly ajar door of Ollie's bedroom. The bed squeaked with Ollie's sudden movement, his shirt is discarded on the floor, and all the blankets are kicked down. Ollie is not so fond of high temperatures, even with the falling snows outside, he still finds it's still not cold enough for him. She smiled looking at his sunshine sleeping peacefully, the only time he finds peace with his own fate. She stares at the bowl of green mushed liquid on the floor and it reminds her how hard John holds him last night when he was crying and at the same time emptying his stomach, maybe a side effect of his treatment. She quietly enters his room and retrieves the bowl to replace it with a new one.

After she had prepared the breakfast for his husband and sunny boy, she opened the front door and climbed down the icy steps carefully, worried about falling for the second time in the same year. She hugged her jacket tighter around herself when the wind suddenly blows viciously in her direction. She walked for a few minutes and when she reached a big, ornate, and woody building, she pushed the heavy door and headed straight to the front to send her daily prayer.

"Hi god. Good Morning. I come again, same like every other day, if you really hear this can you help me? I'm desperate my lord, or should I call you my liege. I'm sorry if that offends you, I still need to wake up myself with good humor like this. If only Ollie hears this, he will surely laugh at me. Okay, back to the main thing. Can you help my sunshine? He looks so small and bony, his smile used to be so blinding. Please can you at least help him to die peacefully with no suffering at all? I can exchange my soul, even my wrinkly self to you so that you can just give him something to smile, to look forward to in his life. I love him, god, and I'll fight for him, now and forever."
