It had been over a week now since I met her and fuck.. I could happily admit to being smitten with her; that night at the coffee shop playing on a loop in my head.

"Well, that was entertaining," her voice rings so beautifully from a table in the shop as I look up from the counter.

I couldn't even stop myself..

"You're actually here.." I whisper so softly, immediately feeling like an idiot afterwards.

Nice, idiot! My inner self screams at me, slapping himself in the face at my sheer stupidity.

Instead of glaring at me, she manages to crack a smile, she looks amused. "Well yeah, this place actually serves decent coffee." She says with a small smile and I just melt.

I chuckle and nod, averting my gaze from those mesmerizing (e/c) eyes. "We do have pretty good coffee.."

"It's been pretty busy today," she says nonchalantly and I lift my gaze to her again, she's watching the glass door as the rain starts to fall a bit harder outside.

"How long have you been here?" I manage to ask casually as I turn and go back to cleaning the counter, ignoring the heat in my face.

"Since around 8," she manages to say. "Your friends are quite lively, the ones who stopped by to say hello, I mean. Say, I never caught your name."

I smile softly, turning back to her and she's watching me closely, almost like she's examining me like a good book and I, merely nothing but interesting words on parchment. "Kaminari, Denki. What about you, beautiful~" I can't help the flirty tone in my voice as I lean on the counter to grin at her.

Her (e/c) eyes harden again and I look away quickly, fumbling for a second.

Okay, maybe don't hit on her, you dumb fuck..

"(L/n), (Y/n)." She says after a minute or two of pure awkward silence and I glance at her again.

She's looking out the glass door again as the rain patters against the sidewalk.

I crack another smile, my cheeks heating over again. (Y/n).. such a beautiful name.. it suits her..

Get a grip, Denks! You're acting like a first year in middle school!

"It's coming down hard, isn't it?" Her voice pulls me from my thoughts again and I glance at her with a raised brow.
