My Little Pony: The Next Generation {Fanfic}

Chapater One

'Once upon a time, earth ponies, unicorns and pegasi lived in harmony, ruled under Princess Twilight and her 5 friends" Argyle said to his daughter

'Hmm, Why can't we be friends anymore?' A young orange pony asked

'I don't know Sunny, maybe one day we'll find out Argyle said to Sunny 'Now go to bed, Sunny'

~Time Skip, 4 years later~

A 12-year-old Sunny was reading a book in the school library. (No, I'm not trying to make her sound like Twilight)

Sunny was reading about the Twilight Era of Equestria which is hard to find, due to most ponies starting to hate or forget Twilight seeing her as a failure due to all her lessons failing over the years.

1100 years later and pony kinds were split again, Sunny was sure there was still hope for pony kinds and even more species to come together again and live in peace once more just like in the Twilight Era

Sunny got up and ran to the librarian of the school library "Mrs Lilac, thank you for the book" Sunny said and gave the book back to Lilac"You're welcome Sunny, you're one of the few ponies who are interested in the Twilight Era most ponies seem to forget about or ignore, really disappointing" Lilac replied and put the book under her desk

Sunny nodded and ran out of the library, she headed outside of the school building she saw the sheriff's son "Hitch" Sunny called.

Hitch turned around from playing with the other earth ponies to Sunny, the other earth ponies turned and looked at Sunny before screaming and running away "IT'S THE UNICORN AND PEGASI FREAK" A pony with yellow hair and a red coat said, the other ponies ran away "Leave Hitch alone"

Sunny and Hitch rolled their eyes "Sprout, stop and Sunny please don't mention 'them' in public please" Hitch said, he really needed to get act together if he was going to be sheriff of Maretime Bay

"She's still a unicorn and pegasi freak though, can't you see your making us uncomfortable 'Sunny'" Sprout said to Sunny walking next to Hitch glaring at Sunny
