~the mystery man~

As Maia walks into the lift she throws her hair up into a messy bun and wipes her face with the complimentary wipes that she stole from the cleaning service trolley.
"Oh god Maia what have you done" she huffed to herself as the lift doors open.

"MY GOD MAIA THAT SOUNDS AMAZING" her best friend Ellie shouted making all the kitchen staff turn to look at them.
"No Ellie, i mean i can't lie he was really fit but i don't even know how i got there it was like, where all the Aston Villa team were staying as it was right next to the stadium." she says trying to recall what had happened last night.
"oh my god, wait what did he look like" the best friend said in an excited tone.
"uh well his hair, his hair was long but it wasn't too long and it was slicked back and he had an amazing jaw line and i think his eyes were brown."
"oh lord i think, i think, you might have just railed JACK GREALISH." Ellie said admiring her bestie.
"jeez keep your voice down we don't need the customers hearing!" Maia said swiping her baby hairs off of her face.

Maia and Ellie work in a little café in which is quite popular in Birmingham due to there amazing pastry's, the café was run by none other than Elio Reid which is Maia's father.

"Girls girls what's all this commotion" a deep slightly italian accented voice boomed towards them.
"Papa!" she gave him a hug.
"i heard you girls talking about a boy" the man enquired.
"Yes Elio, your daughter is completely whipped by a man she met last night who is none other than Jack Grealish himself" Ellie quickly said before Maia could get a word in.
"Oh wow-" Elio said before being interrupted
"I heard my name" a tall boy strolled to the counter.
*omg it was him* Maia thought. her stomach completely dropped as she stared him in the eyes much like how they did when they first locked eyes in the club the night before.
"well. if it isn't the mystery girl herself" he says as he grins.
"We'll leave you two alone" Ellie says linking arms with Elio walking away laughing.
