"(Y/n)! Breakfast ready!" Haya shouted from the kitchen

Minutes have past and (Y/n) hasn't responded

"(Y/n)!" She shouted again but she still hasn't answer

"Kaito if you don't mind?" Kaito nodded and went to his sister's bedroom

"Sister?" Kaito knocked at the door a few times but didn't hear any response

He opened the door "Sis-" his eyes widen seeing his sisters laying down with slight blood on your nose

"SISTER HAYA! SISTER (Y/N) IS... " He rushed to his sister shaking her "Sister... "

Haya came and picked up (Y/n) "Father's waiting at the car, we had to bring her at the hospital quick!"

They enter the car and drive to the nearest hospital

"(Y/n), you better wake up" Haya caressing her sisters head

"Sister.... I'm scared... " Haya patted his head

"Your sister's strong ok? She will be fine"

Scared, Panicked and worried was the only emotion there had at this situation right now

The doctor came out of the room already finished examining (Y/n) condition

"How is she?" Father ask in worry

The doctor sigh "Your daughter's health was getting weaker and weaker, it's pretty obvious that she hasn't had her regular sleep this passed few months... I'm sorry to say sir but.. Maybe she'll never make it through next year" The doctor finished with her head hang low

This caused there eyes widen in shock and worry, especially Haya

"What do you mean? She's strong you know! She'll make it! She'll heal! You're the doctor of this Hospital so you should know that!" Father was hugging her daughter holding her back "Haya! Keep your self together!"

The doctor apologizes and bow before she leaves

Haya then started crying to her father's shoulder "Liar, she's lying right?... No.. "

Haya was standing outside (Y/n)'s room waiting for someone

"Haya-san" Inui came with a worried expression

"Inui.. (Y/n) was sleeping right now" She said avoiding eye contact

"She's fine right? She's-"

"Inui" Haya cut him off

"(Y/n) is... She... Can't make it next year" she finished tears started streaming down her face "I'm sorry... "

Inui's eyes widened, tears building up his eyes that he don't want to let it out

This was the scenario he don't want to happened

The next day, Inui entered your room

Seeing you standing at the front of the window watching the kids playing at the snow

"Ohh how I wish to play with them... " you said adjusting the scarf to cover haft of your face

"My sister died that day.... " He said
