Naruto was once again in the konoha cemetery as usual. Why was the bane of konoha's existence in the cemetery??. Simple really.

Naruto is able to see the souls of the departed who haven't moved on because of unfinished business.

He'd met spirits like the first and second hokage tobirama senju and hashirama senju.

He'd also met the first hokage's wife mito uzumaki who told him the history of the uzumaki clan and the ninetails and how she was it's first jinchuriki host and how to resist the ninetails hatred by knowing Love.

Then they appeared. The two people Naruto has wondered about ever since he first asked the third hokage about them. His parents fourth hokage minato namikaze and kushina uzumaki.

After explaining how the village was NOT treating him like a hero for containing the ninetails and how the third hokage chose NOT to tell him about them.

Well you could say that minato was less then pleased but kushina was outraged wishing she was still alive to beat the hell out of hiruzen and the council for denying her son everything he's entitled to.

Kushina then said.

"Naruto. We left you a house for you to Live in yet hiruzen gave you a trashy run down apartment!!??.

JUST WAIT UNTIL I GET MY HANDS ON HIM WHEN HE DIES!!!. HE'LL WISH HE'D DIED SOONER!!!.

So here's what we want you to do.
Go to the top of the hokage's monument.

From there you will see a path marked with Minato's flying thunder god seal pointing towards your new house. Once you reach the end of the pathway you will see a fence with a blood seal on it.

This was a security measure put in place by us should anyone besides us or you tried to get inside to steal our families secrets.

Simply shed your blood with your chakra over the seal and the gate will unlock for you and only you.

One more thing you should know is that the reason your able to see us and other spirits is for two reasons.

The first is because the sealing method used on you to reseal the ninetails was placed there when your father summoned the shinigami.

So in a sense you have been touched by death without actually dying.

Secondly. Our clan had several members who's prowess in sealing capabilities was unmatched.

Mito and I came from a land known as the hidden tide village before and after it's destruction by other villages.
And finally.

The male members of our clan where known for communication with the Dead spirits God's and other divine beings. in other words your what is known as a shaman.

A person who's able to make a connection between the physical and spiritual worlds and communicate with spirit's who haven't moved on yet.Kind of like a human guide to the afterlife.

However because minato bound us to your jinchuriki seal we can't move on until we know that your being well taken care of.

Minato is trapped with the other half of the ninetails inside of the shinigami's stomach so you will have to find the uzumaki clans shinigami mask shrine and use the shiki fujin release sealing technique to free him and take it's other half.

Because you were just born your body was to fragile to handle something as powerful as the full ninetails chakra.
So minato used the shiki fujin to split the ninetails in half then sealed it's Yang half into you and the yin half into himself.
