That was the last words he told me before he left.

Jake, the boy who always chased me in every rainy days.

“Penny wait for me!” was what he said while running towards my umbrella.
With the cutest smile he always gave.

They all were gone…

It’s been 11 months that he left and I’m missing you…

Last 1 year and 1 months ago:
《Penny Point of view》

*Bell Rings*
Teacher: Everyone sit down! You all might have heard about the new student. So here. Come in.

I went inside with my usual poker face. It doesn’t mean I’m not kind and I’m arrogant. It just that I’m used to peace, peace without people around me.

“Hello. My name is Penny. Hope we can get along.”

I bowed a bit with my usual poker face while everyone clapped.

Teacher: Go and sit beside Jake, Penny. Jake, wave your hand for Penny please.

I saw a guy with cute smile, who immediately waved his hand at me. So I sighed slightly and walked to the seat beside him which seemed to be my seat.

Jake: Hello! Penny, I’m Jake Layne, call me Jake.

I nodded and turned all my focus on the teacher without talking back to him.

That’s how I met him. It’s already 1 and half month that I transferred and everyone started to know my cold personality. No one wants to be friend with me.

Except…..him, Jake.

He’s different. He never leaves me behind. Instead he talks to me even though I’m horribly ignoring him.

Well here again, he’s beside me, doing his homework. We are in the library like other  usual days. Some even thought that we were dating. But no of course. It just that I’m getting used to his presence beside me so I just shrugged it off.

Jake: Are you going home now?

He asked so I just shook my head as 'No'. He understood immediately and focused back on what he was doing.

Some minutes later…

I was disturbed by the sound of rain. I turned my face to see the dark sky outside. ‘Wah It’s already August. Time flies.’
I thought as I closed my book that I was reading and started packing my stuffs. Jake seemed to realise what I was doing so he also began packing his stuffs. Then I walked away as soon as I’m done.

Jake: Oh! Penny wait for me!

By the time I arrived the entrance, I opened my umbrella.
