"Y/N, I have a proposal."
Your eyes widened, "Oh my god. It was Haruka, wasn't it? I told you to just let her down nicely instead of constantly entertaining her advances."
"What? No! Oh my god, not that kind of proposal. I'm too young to get married!"
You smirked, amused by the brunette's flustered demeanour, "Kidding. What is it?"
He recomposed himself with a pout, resting his arms on top of your desk, "It's halfway through the year and you haven't joined a club yet, right?"
"Well, yeah. The clubs at the expo didn't look that interesting, but I'm considering the school newsletter."
"No, no. Scratch that. How about you become our team manager?"
"Huh?" You raised an eyebrow, "Don't you get like a million applications per day?"
He sighed, "Yes, I love my fans but we're looking for a manager who will actually do the work and not just attend for the eye-candy."
"And you chose me, why?"
"Because you're smart," Your ears warmed at the compliment, "And you're observant which is what we need."
