I was new to the school and didn't have many friends. The school was great an the teachers were friendly,but I missed my friends Trish and Kira from my old school and i also missed my boyfriend Edward. I tried not to be sad by there thoughts so I got out of bed and chose a fresh new outfit. A neon pink blouse and black skinny jeans. I hoped that i would make friends soon enough and not have to sit by myself...again. I put on only a little makeup because I don't want people to Get a bad impression of me.

(at school)
I walk up to my locker and see a blonde.
He says smiles and says"Hi, I'm Ross. And what's your name lovely princess?"
I blush because he's really cute.
"Laura." I respond.
"I know you're new to the school, would you like a mini tour of the school?" He smirks and I feel butterflies.
"If it's not such a bother to you, I would like that." I say. "Later though I have to get to class." I frown I was just making a friend.
"Oh it's fine. Later. And here..." he said giving me his phone number on a small piece of paper. I smile and blush. "Bye" he says.
"Bye see you around!" I say. I yell at my self for feeling butterflies. I should know better I just broke up with Edward, the love of my life!!! Ross WAS cute and charming though. I sighed. Maybe I should wait a while before flirting and dating. I ran to class and hoped that i would see Ross again soon. My first "friend" at this school. I was telling myself to only think of him as a friend, but a part of my really hoped he was single. As I took my seat in class everyone looked at me as if I were a Special Exhibit at the zoo. I tried to ignore them and focus in class. My partner was a girl named Maia. She smiled a friendly smile and said "Hi I'm Maia."
"H...hi I'm Laur...a" i stumbled over my words because she seemed to be one of the popular kids who didn't talk to nerds like me.
"Laura? That's a pretty name! If you want we an be friends and we could hang out at lunch!"
"Really? Thanks!" I replied class started and I was happy I had already made two friends
