okay so here are important things to know:
- takes place around where s2 ep 2 would take place, so spoilers for everything before that !!
- the fisher king case is a major part of this, just fyi
- the characters in this timeline are the same as the tv show at this time; gideon, hotch, morgan, reid, jj, elle, they all have their same places but their personalities might be a bit diff than early seasons just bc i might forget HAHA
- my oc, nor a specific unsub that i have added, are NOT inspired by anything in the show. they might seem similar to other people but i personally made them so just remember that
- trigger warnings will be at the start of each chapter, mostly for depictions/mentions of blood, torture, sexual assault/rape/non-consensual physical intimacy, and mainly anything else you might see in an episode of criminal minds.
also, other important stuff:
- there will be bad language (main examples: fuck, shit, damn) and graphic descriptions of things as i am attempting to explore my writing range and make the fic as realistic as i physically can :)
- i'm going to star (*) every chapter that has VERY graphic scenes, like more than the usual criminal minds scenes would typically have, there will still be warnings but thats a major one i'll keep
- my goal is to post a chapter a day but if i update slower, just know that it is because of my school schedule and i'll work my best to fix it or make it up to y'all
