Tomo tightens his grip on his sword. The Archon in front of him is beyond what he imagined, just as expected from a divine. People call him a madman for challenging a divine being such as the Raiden Shogun. He grins, not feeling sorry about his choice or the unfavourable situation he's in right now.
"What a poor choice," Raiden stand a ways from Tomo with polearm in her hand, examining him. "You have no chance of winning. I will end this now," his vision is pulled toward Raiden as she raises her hand, attempting to seize his ambition. Until suddenly, a circle appears between them and you step out.
"Seems like I came at a bad time," you grab Tomo’s vision and deliver it back to him. He seems to remember you, judging by his wide eyes and loosened grip.
Raiden's eyes widen as she sees you. She stands stiffly, holding her weapon tight. The woman in front of her is a divine being she wants to avoid a having trouble with at any cost.
You stay silent, considering whether you need to test the newly made poison or not. Your gaze shifts to Baal, who stares you down in anticipation.
No, you thought. It's not wise to do that, even if you possess more power than her. You can do better than poison, poison is just an old trick you used.
Unless you need to.
"What do you want?" Her eyes don’t stray from you, but you know she's nervous. She hides it very well, however, no sound can escape from your ears.
"You've violated our agreement. Or have you forgotten we ever had it?" Your eyes coldly stare through hers.
"Your majesty!" Sara shouts as she shoots an arrow toward you and troops rush forward.
"Don't move."
Like invisible chains that bind them, they stop moving, freezing mid-air. The arrow is still between your fingers and you drop it.
"Wha- What is this?!"
"Silence." You make a silent gesture as their mouth zipped close, unable to speak, "This is a conversation between leaders."
"Stop this. We can talk inside," Raiden sneers as she dispels her weapon and shifts her gaze to Kazuha, who's holding an unconscious Tomo. Seems like he arrived just in time. "You; we will do this in another time,” she looks down her nose at them before walking inside the palace.
"You only have an agreement with the previous electro Archon," Raiden puts down her teacup. Her gaze sharpens, and her posture is rigid. She sits straighter to look down on you.
You huff, feeling amused with her effort to make you feel intimidated. "You misunderstand something. I didn’t make a treaty with the previous archon, I made a treaty with Inazuma. Rome has the right to ask for accountability from Inazuma because this treaty is crucial to both Inazuma and Rome."
Raiden doesn't answer, looking at you with clear distaste. Your gaze moves to the Inazuman tea and you take a sip of it, "If you refused to do anything about this, Rome will impose economy sanctions on Inazuma."
Raiden looks at you uninterested, and you notice. "Raiden Shogun, answer me. Don't make me lose my temper."
"Just get to the point, (Y/N)."
You just scoff, you are clearly not welcomed here and that's understandable. Seems like you need to use a harsher method. In a heartbeat, Raiden feels a sting on her arm before coughing blood. She looks at you who hasn’t moved an inch and takes a glace at her arm. A needle sinks deep into her skin. You slide a paper on the table right in front of her.
