"I'm sorry Jungkookie. I really am, but I can't do anything about it." Taehyung apologized for breaking his boyfriend heart like that.

"They have all the control over me, and you know it. I'll try to call and text you as soon as I can. I will even write you letters if I have to." Taehyung continued with teary eyes and trembling voice, still holding Jungkook's fingers in his palm.

"Don't forget me, please—" Taehyung begged the older, who was looking at him as through a ghost.

Jungkook squeezed the other's hands with his own, not being able to put his thoughts into sentences.

"I'll always think about you... but think of me too... sometimes..." Jungkook thought.

He did call and text Jungkook. He even wrote letters for Jungkook, who never read them because they were never sent.

[...]

"His and your life will end the moment you try to contact Taehyung back! No matter how he tries to contact you! He is not yours anymore. He will never be with you again. Taehyung has a husband and that's not you! Now go and tell him all of your love was a lie, and then leave!" The voices of Taehyung's adoptive parents kept echoing in his mind whenever he wanted to contact Taehyung back.

But no. Jungkook couldn't do that.

That's how they broke up... So they wrote letters to each other that never were sent nor read, but kept in some little boxes.
