johnny's pov

we arrive at the skate park. mackenzie and i both glare at carson. "so?" kenzie sighs "he said i need to learn to love myself before i love him." she gets out of the car just as she finishes the sentence. all three boys look at me. "what does she mean by that?" i look at asher "can't you see she doesn't care what happened to her, she gets so caught up in her mind that it's hard to find her way out. she makes sure everyone's ok before looking at herself. she doesn't need me to worry about too." they all nod in agreement.
