its a date then.

It was in the evening, everything's quiet and arthur finds himself watching movies with marie with him on the TV inside his dorm, while they munch on their snacks

"(Im so goddamn happy.)" He thought to himself as marie leans against him, the two stayed in this state for awhile and suddenly, marie dug her face into Arthur's chest as she looked away from the TV which was playing a horror film,

"Out of a-all movies... Why did you picked horror films?!" She muttered to Arthur, he chuckled and pats marie's head as she got flustered

"Cmon... Its not even that scary~"

"W-why'd she go there alone!"

They continued to be together for awhile before arthur got anxious, all of a sudden. He remembers that there's tankery today at the weekends and they're defined needed there.

"Oh yeah... Uh, marie dont we have to go to the hangar for today's practice?"

"Nope, its the weekends~" she says as she lazily rests on Arthur's shoulder

"But you said that there was going to be a practice on the weekends!"

"Cancel it.."

"But- what the hell? S-she fell alseep!" Arthur says while looking at marie, who was sleeping on his lap.

"Uhm, i guess... Alright then~"

"Mhm~ she's like.. so soft~ i love hugging her so much!~" he said to himself

"I wonder what everyone's doing.."

----hangar POV----

Vincent paced back and forward as he wonders around the hangar, waiting for something or someone

"Ugh i gotta go to school at the weekends and wait hours just to practice driving around in a field!" He said as he kicked an empty can

"Why cant i be a gunner or something much more cooler!" He frustratingly said to himself,

"Stop fucking yelling you're loud."
A familiar voice said as he enters the room, it was jack. He was hanging around the hangar cause he dont have anything else to do

"Ah jack, what are you doing here?"

"Im the mechanic what else you expect me to do?"

"I dont know, slack off like the others do?" He said as he shrugged to him

"Goddamnit. *Sighs* anyways what ARE YOU even doing here. Its the weekends!" Jack asks vincent

"Well, marie told us that there was going to be a practice on the weekends, *yawns* and we're still waiting for her, where's arthur anyways?" Vincent responds while stretching.

"Probably with marie, they're dating if im not wrong," jack chuckles as he said that,

"Excuse me?"

"Well Vincent, yesterday i was walking down the streets ya know and i saw them together.. it was late at night so they probably-"

"Wait so that means thay arthur..." Vincent added, cutting of jack

"hold the fuck up-"

"What are you guys bickering about?" They both turned around to see ruka and andou standing behind them which suprised them,

"Good evening, everyone" rena said, greeting the two men

Vincent and jack nods in reply,

"Is it just me or have you guys got a little closer...?"

The two girls looked to eachother and scoffed, "why'd you ask?~" ruka said to a confused Vincent

"Well its weird that you guys were like dogs and cats like a day ago and suddenly you all get up close and you guys look like, best friends!"

"Well, it's all because him.. arthur. We made us forgive eachother and yeah, long story short, he's going to make a good therapist, hehe~" rena jokingly said,

"Whatta lad." Jack says as he sat on a pile of boxes in the corner.

Suddenly they hear a knock on the metalic doors, they all looked to see arthur akwardly walking towards him, "there he is." Vincent muttered

Arthur scratched his head as he tries to speak, "so i-"

"So let me get this straight, you made us wait in the hot weather only to tell us that the practice is cancelled?" Ruka said whole crossing her arms.

Arthur sighs at the group, "yes."

"Its alright, so anyways.. how's it going with marie~" rena smirked

"What..?"

As soon as Arthur's face turns to confusion, everyone's faces turns into ones of smirking as they looked upon the confused commander

"A-ah shut up." Arthur shyly says

"Well then, we're going to do something else this weekend."

"Same."

"Yeah same."

As they walked away from arthur, he could hear chitter chatter and chuckles coming from them, "christ." He muttered as he walked away

He exited the hangar and sighs,

"God its hot. I understand now why everyone hates practice, but why do i keep on coming to these practices you know.. maybe its just because so i could see marie... N-no.. i should just get going, alright arthur." He told himself as he continues walking

All of a sudden, he felt someone on his back. He quickly turned around to see marie hugging him from behind as she smiled at him "got you~" she muttered, arthur blushed as he gently pulled her away, "holy- stop..!"

"Dont jump on me like that!"

"What?~ i just hugged you.. thats all~"

Arthur then continues walking back to his dorms with marie as they held hands like a couple (subtle of you.)
As they were walking down the fields, marie winked at arthur with a smirky smile, at first arthur was confused but then he realised

"Ah~ I'd never forget about it.. I'll promise It'll be the best!" Said her enthusiastically

"Haha.. being with you is enough for me, no need for anything more~ dont go over the top hehe.."

"So.. its a date arthur?"

"Yup.."

"Alright then~ goodbye!~" marie says as she waved him goodbye, arthur stood there himself as marie walked away from him.
A single drop of tear of happiness fell as he smiles to himself,
"She's still the same all of those years ago huh? Haha.." he chuckles

"Its a date." He told himself
