present:

hope look down at the basement where she first saw her first experience of the supernatural and smiled she then put her bag down and pulled her hair up and then walked down the stair of the icy cold basement floor that was leaking for year and year since her family lived here.

she turns after she got to the bottom stair and saw a man with a long beard that was grey and he wore nineteen-seven clothes and had a bird's nest on his head and in the bird's nest was a swan that looks prettier than an angel in the sky.

hope tap on the man's shoulder which startled him at first but when he took a closer look he knew who he was looking at, it was the little girl who he met six years ago in the basement that was afraid of me when she first saw me in person.

" hello lady what bring you down here," the man said as he got up and grab his cane, and walked over to grab some log for the fire while his feather friend flow across the room to grab a worm off of the window

"I'm here to know where you were down here and why did my parents keep you down here after all these years, " hope said as she sat down in an old dusty chair that was sitting across where the old was sitting before he got up.

"it's a long story darling I don't think you have time to hear me talk about what those nut cases did to me," the old man said as he sat back down on the chair as the birds flow past and sat on his perch for a little while.

"I don't mind tell me I really want to know why they didn't want me to see you in the first place anyway," hope said as she smiled and sat her purse down and then crossed her leg a little bit as she fixes her hair.

" Really, wow maybe Cain was right maybe I need to get out more and stop talking to my bird, and always stop trying to cross past with a hunt every time I go out," the old man said as he got back up and grab his water off the fire and pour it into a cup to give to the young girl right here.
