[Giannelle] so I'm Dominican and for this story I may or may not have made the reader Dominican and Flo is cooking a Dominican dish

Flo's ' cooking with Flo' series always made me happy. When I was away from her that was how I coped. She stopped doing them for a while so I then resorted to watching a bunch edits of her and all her characters, but today Florence decided to do a new recipe and post it on her Instagram story. When I checked her story to see that she was cooking again it made me smile not only because I enjoy watching it but because she enjoys doing it. After a while of watching her cook I decided to get up and join her in the kitchen. She was chopping up some vegetables so as she focused on that I slowly walked towards her looking at the camera putting my finger over my lips before wrapping my arms around my girlfriend's waist causing her to jump and drop the knife in her hand

"OH MY FUCKING GOD Y/N YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME!" She exclaimed realizing it was me and not a murderer.

"I'm sorry" I said kissing her temple.

"Well what are you making" I asked as Flo leaned into me

"Well before you decided to nearly give me a heart attack, I was actually making something you might enjoy. Considering it is a quite popular dish where you're from. However I want you to guess what I'm making"

"Uhhh so you said it's popular in Dominican Republic.... I'm gonna guess you're making.... Sancocho"

"That is correct."

"Was that the easiest Dominican recipe you could find?"

"Why yes, yes it was"

I laughed a little and decided to help her since I knew the recipe by heart. I closed her laptop where she had the recipe and she looked at me confused.

"Well Y/n has just closed the recipe so Y/n you better know this recipe exactly, by memory"

"Baby girl, you are talking to not only a Hispanic person but a Dominican. Babe trust me, I know that recipe. possibly better than I know you"

"Alrighty then lead the way."
