It was night.

The emotionless Jay Walker was sitting by himself in the backyard of his huge mansion that he inherited from Cliff Gordon.

He was thinking deeply, now motionless, without a second thought or stare at all in the first place.

He lost the two greatest people he cared about. He is now insanely powerful after stopping the greatest threat, yet now, he can't do anything but think.

He wished that he could get them back. He was just grieving like always. He lost his playfulness, those heartwarming emotions that he used to have.

He distanced himself from the others, though it does not really matter anymore. The team split up after the sins they faced.

His adoptive parents are dead. His yang is gone somewhere through a sacrifice, and it is impossible to get her back.

He now faces a lot of guilt for not unlocking his true powers anytime sooner.

He could have destroyed the Storm Amulet, or stop Kalmaar from doing anything in the first place since the storm is lightning. Nya would have still been here then.

He could have saved Ed and Edna from the undead if he unlocked his super-speed earlier.

He was too powerless to prevent the death of his best friend, Cole. They all did their best and were outmatched in the end. Cole died in his arms. The team then somehow beat The Ultimate Darkness by combining their true powers to form The Ultimate Light.

Well, now it felt like defeat.

He lost everyone he cared about. He was gone, mentally, just staring at the empty skies.

Suddenly a raindrop fell on him. It was a light drizzle but then gone. Vanished, into the void of nothingness, like his love, the Master of Water.

A tear shed down from his eyes.

Nya appeared before him, a human again!

Jay looked at her, and then immediately hugged her, multiple tears raining down from his eyes while doing so.

"It's ok,"  she reassured, patting his back.

Nya was always soothing, whether she was scary, fierce, or not. It was unexplainable how after talking to her, Jay would always feel better, no matter what. An epiphany built up out of nowhere. In the end, Nya was dead, thus shattering the epiphany into realization.  His Yang was dead. Nothing could reverse that. That's just life. You live and you die. However, all your plans, dreams, and realizations with the ones you would be living your life with, when it is all shattered away with the person you loved with all your heart, that's the true pain of life.

Jay kept crying, not able to say anything.

This was the moment when he was alone, by himself. The guilt. The guilt of him being unable to stop her for her sacrifice.

All he did was delay the inevitable, for being too cowardly and powerless.

Cry and Cry and Cry.

"Jay, it's ok. None of this was your fault," she said, smiling.

Jay just ignored her, speechless. He kept crying. He wished that he could join her, but he could not.

"I love you, Jay. You are my Yin and you will always be," she said, kissing his cheek.

They both stayed in that hug for a while.
