Chapter 1

15 year old Lauren

Haley it's Positive, I said with my voice crack. " Lauren it's Ian baby isn't it" yeah Haley. " what are you going to do" leave Roman , go live with my mom in New York and finish school. " how are you going to leave Ian." By faking my death and changing my name. " change your name to what" Emily. " hey I my parents are making me move to dc, I leave tomorrow" so this is it " yeah Lauren" . Haley is three years older than me . She's was 18 and a senior and I was 15 and a freshman. So there I was going back to Ian . He was two years older than me. " hey baby" Ian we nee—- " Lauren I'm in trouble I'm getting out of here before the fbi gets me, you should do the same" Ian? I umm. Never mind ill miss you. " goodbye love". That was the last time I saw Ian. I helped Haley pack and meet with Clyde who then help faked my death. That day I faked my death said my goodbye to Haley. As we both hop on two different plain. When I moved to New York I went to school and I given birth at age 16 to a boy , who I name Declan . My mom took him and moved to dc while I finished school.

3 years later

"Happy 18th birthday love" mm thanks Andrew. I get up and going to the bathroom I look on my body nothing but cigarette buns and cuts . Andrew and I met after I given birth to my son. We been dating for about 3 years now. I finished college and got my diploma in behavior analysis. I applied for the bau in dc. Hoping I'll get it. As I got ready for my small part time job at the coffee shop. Just as I was on my break my phone rings.

"Hello is this Emily printess , or should I say Lauren"Who is this and how did you get this number
"Relax it's me your mother" Ooh sorry mom "So Emily?"Yeah what is it "Well you do know I am unit director of the bau in the dc"Yeah so? "Baby you get the spot here in dc a an FBI agent". Oh my gosh really mom thanks you so much, umm how Declan  "He's good , he miss you" Ik I miss him to ... I'll get the next flight to dc soon and I'll call you when I get there  "Okay I'll have you set up in this apartment from the bau" Thanks mom.

I get home no surprise Andrew is drunk . " where the hell where you Em" I was working someone got to pay the bills around here. We both raided our voice Andrew throw me on the ground and kicked the shit out of me over and over again, he chock me until I couldn't breath. " get your ass up"  Andrew I got the job in dc they need me there tomorrow. " then I'm going too bitch" fine.  That night we packed and got ready for bed . We got up and got on the first plane to dc. We got to the apartment I was given. Since Andrew and I been together for three years we haven't had and sexual contact.

I woke up and got ready for work I made sure to cover all the dark bruise . I walked in with two coffee. I walked up and I headed into Erin Strauss office. Morning mom " oh Emily" you look beautiful as always. Thanks mom. " Emily there someone who love to meet you" mom I told you I can't meet Declan , " she's not talking about Declan" I get up and I see Haley. Haley!!!! "Emily!!!!" I got up and I hugged her " your here Em" I'm here Haley... " what the hell with the screaming" Aaron said... " two friends who reuniting" Erin said. " Haley baby where Jack—" " he's around here some—- " Emily where the hell are you you bitch" Andrew said even who was there looked at me . I feel the cigarette burn and all the week and day old bruises starting to show. I swallowed the air. As I was walking to Andrew who pushed me to the wall and started choking me in front of everyone including the other teammates. His hand tightened on my arm. I could feel the tears start to form. " I told you your mine you slut" Andrew your drunk ! You need you stop this.he was about to slap me but that's when someone step in and pulling him off me. Andrew pushed me back causing me to his my head a bit but I managed to run into the bathroom and locked the door. " I'll go check on her" Haley said " no she's fine ...Haley let her be" Erin said .

There I was walking back and forth in the bathroom I heard small crying. I look under the stall and I see small feet. I opened the stall and I see a small kid crying. Hi I'm Emily " Emmy?" Yea Emmy, what's your " Jack Hotchner" hi Jack can I pick you up.
" y—yea" . So I picked up Jack and he just Baird his head in between my neck and shoulders.  I walked out he had his hands around my neck. I walked out asking if any of was missing a cute little boy. " Jack!" Both Haley and Aaron said, but Jack fell asleep on me and didn't want to let go of me. " hey Em you okay" Haley said  I'm fine Haley thanks " hey is Andrew do the same thing Ian did" Haley? "Em hunny talk to Aaron he will listen" dose he knows about me and leaving Roman " no I never told him about you " thanks Haley.

I hand Jack to Haley. As I watched them leaving. " Emily we got a case are you ready" Aaron said umm yes sir . "Wheels up in 30" Aaron said we drove to the jet and I there I was meeting the team.
