Its been a week since I've moved from Seattle I wish I could say I didn't miss that place but I do almost every day it feels as if we left dad there but he's gone and never coming back.
" Malia mom wants you Hayden says poking his head in the door, " Alright. I make my way down the stairs in my short pajama shorts and tank top on just thinking my mom wanted the remote ugh parents some times can't do the simple but no guess who was waiting. Conner the older moving guy and a girl about maybe my age " Y-es I say embarrassed " Mr. Dean here and his two children are staying for dinner tonight I told your brother to tell you 3 days ago. " I looked over to Hayden who had a smirk on his face with his arms crossed , " No mom it seems like Hayden here forgot to mention it to me I say with sarcasm. Conner smiles with a small laugh probably at how embarrassed I am right now. " Alright go change for dinner my mother says sending me off to my room.
" I come down with a shirt and pair of pants with my hair in a high bun. " Thanks for joining us my mom says I sit right across from Conner and his sister sits on the side of me how I forgot to mention was totally pretty I guess good looks run in their family I look and there's no sign of another women so I ask " Is your mom running a little late. Everything goes quiet the girl speaks up " Uhhh no our mom died a few years back , " Oh honey I'm so sorry for your loss I had no idea my mother says "Its fine says Mr. Dean she died of cancer a few years ago he says with a small smile trying to show it was okay. " I'm sorry I didn't know , " How could you have known its fine no need to apologize says Conner with a friendly smile. " My husband passed away also a few months ago it was really hard on the kids I could imagine the same it must have been for them. " Yea they took it pretty hard says Mr.Dean........The rest of the night went pretty smooth I would say besides the talk about our dead loved ones besides that everyone got along me and Conner talked and Hayden and Vanessa talked which I found out her name I think they like each other who knows yet.
