Chapter 21 - Gossip

In the bathroom
Sarah and Julia are talking in the restroom by the sink
Julia: so your saying Mackenzie is not rich and spoiled?
Sarah: yeah,but don't tell anyone!!
Julia: I won't, but I still can't believe it..
Sarah: I couldn't believe it either but it's the truth...
Julia: but Why was she suddenly so nice to you?
Sarah: I really don't know..
After Julia and Sarah left the restroom Clarkson came out of one of the stalls
(BTW it was a unisex toilet)
Clarkson: everyone is gonna be shocked once I tell the whole school
In The Hall
*Everyone's phone's ring*
Jess: OMG gossip 2451 posted something about your Makenzie
Makenzie: what is it this time?
Jess: show Makenzie her phone
It looks like Makenzie isn't the girl you think she is...
She doesn't actually live in a big house! And she doesn't have RICH parents?
She is just a poor girl who lives in a small house with parents who are arguing all day.
Makenzie: oh my god...who did this?

Julia: h- how did this happen?
Sarah what? Let me see. * Collects Julia's phone*
Sarah: I think someone overhead us talking
Julia: who would even send it to gossip

*Noah and Daniel were chatting when Noah's phone rang. He took one look at it*
Noah: what the heck
Daniel: what is it??
Noah:* shows the picture to Daniel*
Daniel: it probably isn't true Noah: probably.. I need to go Daniel: oh..ok why
Noah: I need to find Sarah*he goes to the hall and find Sarah there* Did you send this to gossip?? Sarah:Of course I didn't!! Noah: how did this end up on gossip?!
Sarah: I only told Julia I'm sorry
Noah: but you were the only ones that knew about ...it Sarah: I think someone overheard us talking
Noah: You shouldn't have told her!! and certainly not at school where everyone can hear!!!*it he storms out* in the class
Teacher: Ok let's start with the lesson ... Uhmm does anyone know where Mackenzie today??Jess do you know where Mackenzie is
Jess: No I don't
Teacher: I guess I'll start without her
After school
*at Sarah's house*
Sarah narrate what happens at school To Luca.
Sarah:.. and now Noah is mad at me
Luka: it's not your fault you didn't know that someone was listening to you... plus he wasn't supposed to tell you either..
Sarah: you're right but I feel bad and mostly for McKenzie Luka: yeah..Who even owns that gossip page??
Sarah: No one knows it's anonymous.. but thank you for making me feel better Luka: that's what best friends are for.. Now go to Noah's house and make up with him!!
Sarah: okay
At Noah's house
* Mackenzie is at the front door Noah opens the door* Mackenzie: can I come in Noah: yes come in
They: go to the living room McKenzie: you want the one who told gossip about me right??
Noah:No but I told Sarah and she told Julia...
Mackenzie: I don't mind I know you can't keep secrets from your girlfriend
Noah:... But I'm really sorry that the whole school knows now
Mackenzie: yeah...My parents are getting a divorce..
Noah: ohh, I'm so sorry to hear
Mackenzie: my dad is gonna leave and I'm going to live with my mom....
Noah: I'm sorry about that.... It must be hard for you. Not that I know how you feel but I feel you..
Mackenzie: yeah it is never fun when ur parents are divorcing....but it is probably for the best
Noah: if there is anything I could help with.... you can tell me
Mackenzie: thank you Noah you were always sweet to me
Noah: Im nice to everyone.... And I know that deep inside....you can be sweet to but you just don't want it..
Mackenzie: it was never my intention to be mean or a bully.. I guess I just wanted attention that I never .... Got from you.... I guess
Noah: you would have gotten way more attention.... If you weren't mean to everyone
*With that said Mackenzie kisses Noah, Noah jumps of the Couch*
Mackenzie: I'm sorry I just thought-
Noah: I have a girlfriend Mackenzie.... I'm sorry if I gave you a wrong signal
Mackenzie: I know you have a girlfriend.... I shouldn't have done it...
Noah: it's okay.....it actually is  not....
Noah: I think you should be going now-
Mackenzie: uhmm... sorry again
Noah: just don't do it again
* Mackenzie is about to leave when she opens the door to meet Sarah*
Mackenzie: Sarah
Sarah: Mackenzie... What are you doing here??
Noah: Sarah....? It's not what you think it is!?
Mackenzie: I'll go.. see you tomorrow Noah?
Sarah: what was she doing Here?
