"I'm not doing anything although I don't plan to expose myself under the sun tomorrow. Maybe I'll be taking a nap throughout the afternoon and sink into my ears to music."

Allie stated through the phone.

"Hey, I hope you're not mad about me, I really can't turn down a request from the principal, I have to attend the seminar. I promise to make it up for you."

Zick replied back. Allie rubbed her forehead and squeezed the pillow that was between her thighs with her star-patterned sheets covering up her slender legs.

"Zick, I know, I'm not mad at you, I'm just trying myself not to be damsel in distress that's why I'm acting to be sleeping beauty."

His husky laugh was heard through the phone and was followed by a deep sigh  which made her chuckle softly and barely.

"Though I don't think your sister would let me be the prince to wake you from that deep sleep, but I wouldn't even bother waking you if it was me you're dreaming about."
"Don't assume too much, I might have a nightmare."
"No you wouldn't, never, as long as I'm still here, talking to you through the phone, through text, maybe Skype and importantly face to face, I'll always be in your mind before and after you sleep."

A long pause.

"I love you, Zick."
"I love you too, Allie."
"Good night and be safe tomorrow."
"I love you Allie, tonight and next morning."
