I stretch on the bed yarning. My leg hits something, did I forget to put my bag away again? I try to kick it away. But it seemed like the damn bag didnt want to be moved.

Well too bad. It was disturbing my morning stretch.

I kick it harder this time and yelp in pain as I sit up massaging my poor foot.

"What are you doing?" a deep voice has me turning to my right and I scream.

"Are you done?" He was acting like I was a drama queen of some sort.

"What are you doing in my room, you-you brute!" Now he was giving me the 'bitch be crazy' look.

He points around the room and I follow his finger like an idiot.

Realizing where I am it finally hits me.

I came here after my fight with...

No, don't go there not now.

"Why are you in the bed?" I ask.

"Did you hit you head somewhere? This is my bed. I should be asking you that question."

"Gentlemen don't behave like this. Ain't you supposed to sleep on the floor in this situation?" I accuse him furiously.

"Good thing I'm not one then and hell no. Why would I leave the comfort of my bed."

I clutch the blankets tighter to my body and take a pick down there...

He snorts.

"Don't flatter yourself." He says looking at me as if I had lost all my marbles. He turns to the other side and covers his head with the blanket, pulling it away from me. "As if." I hear him say under his breath.

I pick up the pillow that I was sleeping on and hit him as hard as I can on the head.

He laughs while trying to hide from my attacks.

"I hate you, I hate you!" I shouted tears welling up.

Stupid Marcus King!

It was Saturday so I didn't have to go to school.

Yay!

"I see you are not gone yet." Marcus's mom says disapprovingly.

"Such is life." I nod my head as if she was saying something agreeable.

Marcus heads to the bathroom probably to escape the two of us. I don't blame him.

"How long do you plan on staying here?" His mom asks once he's out of sight.

"As long as it takes to find my panties."

"Surely that's not the only pair you own." She stares at me her eyes murderous.

"The thing is I lost the one I had on last night. So, I need that one to go out. You don't want me walking out of your house without it do you? It is so windy outside and I'm wearing an umbrella of a skirt." I say sweetly.

Poor woman couldn't even look me in the eye.

"Shameless." She mumbles under her breath, walking away.

"What did you say to my mom she looked well weird." Marcus asks coming to stand in front of me, waiting.

"Who me? Nothing."

"It's you and my mom we are talking about here. You Have been out for each other's heads since I can remember. It is never nothing with the two of you."
