"Uhuk! Uhuk!"
This was the 5 times Y/n cough. Last week she was attacked with headache and fever for several days.
Her condition invites concern for everyone in the house. In addition, her face seems to be paler every day and sometimes when doing work, Y/n will easily feel tired. Even if it's only light works.
Grandpa Sano had said to take Y/n to see a doctor but she refused because she did not want to bother them.
Whenever they wanted to persuade her to leave, she just smiled and gently convinced them she's totally fine. Who would want to force Y/n when she smile so brightly like an angel like that?
Since that day, Shinichiro always watch over her due to Grandpa Sano scolded him to take care Y/n.
Y/n smiled remembering the moments when Shinichiro pouts while getting scolded by Grandpa Sano.
Y/n closed her mouth with the handkerchief that she often bring. She looked ahead and found her vision a bit blurred. Her head feels hurt like being knock by something hard. Dizziness started to enveloped her.
Slowly, she shook her head and walk to go to the toilet. Her hands clung to the counter table to hold on and walked away.
"Where are you going, Y/n-chan?" asked Aunty Kira, concerned.
Y/n shake her head while flashing her smiling before leave again. "I'm just gonna go to the toilet for a while."
Aunty Kira nodded.
She continues to rush over the toilet when she felt there's something inside her. The feelings of some liquid in her mouth.
She cough once again as she lets out the thing inside her mouth to the sink. She wiped her mouth. Hundreds of wrinkles could be seen on her forehead.
Her eyes bewildered when she saw there's a dark-red blood in the sink. She gasped and closed her mouth. A horror and frightened looks could be seen throughout her face.
She shook her head as she lean her back over the wall, the pain starts to spread inside her head as she frown closing her eyes tightly hoping the pain would gone soon.
Y/n slide herself down while hugging both of her knees together, crying quietly.
She couldn't think of anything else anymore. She was scared. Too scared. Few minutes after she calm down herself, she gathered her courage as she stand up and cleaned up the mess.
Tears won't stop as she wiped off the blood in the sink, her nose also bleed for a while too before she wash up.

Y/n walks out from the toilet.
She put her handkerchief inside her pocket apron before going to the front. Step by step she took, the sound of people chatting and laughing could be heard.
Curiosity fill in her. The door that connects to the front pushed gently and there's some figures could be seen.
Aunty Kira and two more kid turn to look at Y/n when the small bell beside the door ring as she pushed it to entered the counter side.
Aunty Kira rush to her.
"There you are, Y/n-chan! Come! I'll introduce you to someone!"
Aunty Kira excitedly drag Y/n to sit down besides a young girl with her back facing her and surprisingly, Shinichiro also sit there flashing his smiling face.
Y/n stare at them confused.
Aunty Kira move to the girl which she shows her smile to Y/n. She was indeed gorgeous and pretty girl. Her long-black hair hanging out, her two brown omelette eyes, and her most charming part was her smiles.
She wave her hand as she gives Y/n a closed-smiling face. "Nice to meet you. My name is Natsuki Juuzou. You must be Y/n, right? Aunty Kira talk lots about you."
Y/n turn to Shinichiro and saw he was smiling while rest his chin on his hand, gazed on Natsuki.
Y/n somehow felt stinging in her heart when Shinichiro smile like that. The smile which she never saw wherever she smile at anyone.
Y/n bowed a little, "Urhm. N-Nice to meet you, N-Natsuki-san." she breathed out, forcing a fake smile.
She take out her hand and they do a handshake. Y/n look down. Natsuki continues to talk while Shinichiro just listening.
Somehow...Y/n felt that Natsuki's appearing wasn't a good sign for her. But she choose to toss aside her thoughts to avoid any problems.
