Several days after the invasion in the Leaf, Naruto (13) defected from Team Seven and opted to joined the ANBU Black Ops by forming his own ANBU Faction known as the Red Leaf and already established. He became the leader of the Red Leaf Organization.
At the underground lab, Naruto checks on his experiment test subjects.
" I hope you wake up my beloved sister of mine." Naruto said. " You should awake now Kumoko."
It turned out that the first experimental test subject turned out to be a female clone who turned into a real human. Kumoko (14) is the first experimental test subject who is actually a clone of Mito Uzumaki with mixed DNA of Kushina Uzumaki, Mikoto Uchiha and Izumi Uchiha. She was stablized by Danzo and the Root Organization seven years ago, which they made Kumoko a real human. Now Kumoko opened her eyes even though Kumoko wore her ANBU outfits while she is in hibernated sleep for seven years.
" You finally awaked my beloved sister." Naruto said.
" Naruto. How long did I sleep inside the experimental tube?" Kumoko asked.
" For seven years now. Danzo and his organization stabilized you." Naruto said.
" Now that explains why they turned me into human form." Kumoko said. " It's like bringing back Mito Uzumaki, the first wife of the First Hokage. But it doesn't matter."
" Now you are now the Red Leaf's ultimate shinobi." Naruto said. " We can do some important missions. It's been nearly four years since I lived here in this underground basement as my temporarily apartment."
" What about the other experimental test subjects?" Kumoko asked.
" They're still under stabilized." Naruto said. " But no need to worry because I believe that they will be awakened soon."
Naruto already wore his red ANBU uniform.
" You are now officially an ANBU member." Naruto said. " Because I believe that we are family after all."
" Families will always watched each other's backs." Kumoko said. " But that doesn't make any sense of putting an Uchiha DNA within me."
" Lord Danzo told me that they established a new project called Project Root." Naruto said.
