Kuroko no basket: sweeter than marshmallows

The wheels of my Penny board glide over the concrete while I hold on to Mura-kuns sleeve, we are rushing to meet our team at the arena but we're late because the Titan saw a candy store on his way here.

Mura-kun is walking in a rapid pace and I'm simply hanging on, moving my feet once in a while to dodge a branch or something like that.

We've earned a lot of stares like this.

"Mura-kun!" I yell when he starts walking, I'm running after him trying to keep up but it's no use.

He stops walking and looks over his shoulder "go stand on your thing and hang on to my sleeve. We don't have all day."

And that's how we ended up like this, and I must say that it's really fun.

"Oh, they already started!" I yell when we enter the arena.

Today is the match between Seirin and Too, we came to see who'll win today.

We stand near the exit and watch the game, my eyes widen slightly when I watch the teams play, they are good...

Seirin's offense is awesome, their power forward dunks the ball at every chance he gets. But he jumps from an abnormal distance from the hoop. Their number 4 is good as well, shooting threes and never missing.

But Too's number 5 is.. Terrifying. That's the only way to describe him.

Wait, is that... Aomine? And is that Kagami?

This got interesting.

Seirin won with a one point difference. Mura-kun was watching the game intensely as well.

I turn around and walk away.

"Heh... Ru-chin where are you going?" Mura-kun follows me.

"I want to meet them. They should be passing trough the hallway in a couple of minutes." I start running when I see Himuro and the rest walking in front of us. "Muro-chan come with me." I say, grabbing his sleeve and pulling him with me.

"Wait Runi" he says in surprise "what are you doing?!"

"I want to meet them!" I yell, increasing my pace.

"Meet who?!" Himuro asks again.

"Seirin!" I continue to run and spot Kagami from a mile away.

"KAGAMIIIIIII-KUUN" I appear in front of him and smile "long time no see!"

"Uyeno-san!" His eyes widen with surprise "what are you doing here?!"

"I'm Yosen's assistant coach" I say, I look around and see Himuro walking towards us with the rest, Mura-kun looks at me with a small frown. "And there are my precious little babies."

"I'm sorry but we don't have any intentions to lose" a girl with honey colored hair looks at me with a serious look on her face.

I tilt my head a bit "neither do we. I'm guessing that you are their coach? Aida Riko was it?"

She nods with a frown.

I smile "it's nice to officially meet you, I heard a lot about you and your team" Seirin is really good.

"I'm glad to hear that." She nods politely.

"But I still don't have any intentions to lose, we'll go all out tomorrow and I expect you to do the same. That's all I wanted to say," I turn around and walk to the exit "oh! Before I forget." I throw a roll of support bandage to Kagami "you should use that, you'll hurt yourself with that crazy jumping of yours."

Mura-kun walks towards us and Aida-san looks up with wide eyes, Mura-kun puts his arm on my shoulder and leans on me. "Coach I'm hungry" he's been calling me Coach for fun sometimes.

"Mura-kun you are to heavy" I whine "go lean on Muro-chan" I laugh a little when he starts leaning on me with more weight.

"But I'm tired..." He pouts a bit, not even glancing at Seirin.

"Atsushi stop acting like a child." Himuro says with a stern voice.

I laugh "let's go get some food."

The rest of the team starts following me, laughing and teasing each other.

I can't wait until tomorrow is finally here. We play two games but we should be able to win the first one with ease.
