Ag's POV:

I got to wrestling practice and I saw that we were doing maxes, wrestling, then ducking cardio man. Lemme just say I love this sport I really do but all the work is a little much at times. "MCDANIEL" I heard coach sweatman yell. Oh shit. "Yea coach" I said back "we have a new wrestler and I need you to teach them he's not here yet he'll be here soon" he replied to me. Yea so I'm like the best wrestler in this building to be honest which doesn't make sense because I am the only girl on the team. I wrestle guys all the fucking time it gets annoying because they flirt with me after I kick there ass, I genuinely don't get how they can see my dick when I wear a singlet but then again I hide it pretty well.

"Annagrace he's here help him out" coach said "ok coach" I replied I went over there and saw kyle for the love of I don't wanna teach him when I'm trynna get with his girl plus me and him have some serious issues from the past. But nonetheless I helped him because coach asked me to. After I showed him around the gym and wrestling room we went to go max out. I was pretty muscular considering I've been wrestling for 12 years and I weight like 126-130 around there and I have a few offers for wrestling in college. We did backsquat first and I had to watch kyles form and everything he did today for max out day.

"Spread your legs and sit your butt back it's not that hard" I said to Kyle as he looked like a chicken doing squats. "Move let me show you how to squat" I said "wait do you want to take some weight off" Kyle asked "no I got it it's light weight" I replied it was only 185 I got under the bar and put it on my neck. I took it off the rack and did a perfect 90 degrees squat "like that ok Kyle?" I asked "yea yea whatever I got it" he said. Mans still looks like a freaking chicken but whatever I really don't care "ok my turn move Kyle" I told him he only maxed out at 225 wow he's weak.

I started at 225 and did it easy I have strong legs plus girls legs are stronger than guys. I maxed out squat at 405 and that's really good for my weight. Now it's onto benchpress, from now on I'm not paying attention to chicken boy I'll just see his max and beat it. After he got done I saw he maxed out at 175 so I made it a goal to beat his out of the building so I got on the bench under the bar and with the weight he left on and started benching. After maxing out at a 275 I kinda laughed in his face and went on to deadlift.

I love deadlift for the simple fact of it's the easiest to do once again chicken boy maxed out at a low number for being muscular and dating the girl I want he maxed deadlift at 315 ha man "beat that" he said damn thats really funny "I will by a long shot lil man I hope you know the only reason I maxed at 405 on squat was because it hurt my shoulders to hold that much weight" I laughed In his face. Well I bet he's crying in the bathroom right now I beat his deadlift by a long shot at 485 man needs to get his shit in order. "Mcdaniel your wrestling Kyle" ughhh what if I want to wrestle someone with talent coach. "How long have you been wrestling" Kyle asked me "12 years and you?" "8" he replied "how've you been wrestling that long but can lift much weight big man" "I don't use as much muscle I use technique" he replied "ok let's see who's better" coach said.

Me and Kyle got on the mat and shook hands I'm right foot dominant so I reach up and put my left hand on his shoulder and push him to see what his stance is like. After that I reach my hand to see what he's do and he reached for my hand so I went under his and did a 90 degree double leg and slammed him he automatically went to his stomach. He tried to get up by putting his elbows up and tried to do a push-up to get up so I put in two chicken wings and rolled him to his back and pinned him. "Mcdaniel wins yet again" coach said. After all of the wrestling and conditioning school was finally over and I went home.
