He Told His Dad and Arya, They Booked the Flight which was in Half and Hour Only for Cairo and Left from there Along With arya and Dev. They Picked Fainat and Shivi and left for Airport. The Flight from Dubai to Cairo was Of 3 Hours.

The Whole was Everyone was Quiet. Sadly with tears in their Eyes Just waiting for the Flight to Land...

AFTER 3 HOURS :

Sid was Still Sitting Outside the OT, With Tears Still Flowing from His Eyes. His Eyelids were Getting Heavy As If Any Moment He Will Fall Unconscious But he still didn't Move from His Side. He Sat There Praying to God. 

He was Sitting there when He heard Voices of People Coming Running. He Looked in the Direction and Saw His and Avu's  Family Coming. As They Came Near Him, Sid Hugged Abhi And Broke Down in his Arms, Crying. Abhi said :

Abhi - Calm Down Sid!! We are here now Ok. Now Tell me Where is Avneetay and How is She??

Sid - Bhai She Is in OT, The Doctor said that her Condition is Worse!! Its All Because of Me!! I Shouldn't have taken her to Long Drive and Asked her to Take Selfie. I Should have asked her to Wear Seat belt but I Didn't. She is In this Condition Because of me!!

Saying this He started Slapping Himself. He was Going all Mad, It Looked like he was not in his Senses. Seeing Him Jan, Shivi and Arya also Had Tears. They were also Silently Crying seeing Him. 

Finally Dev came In front and Slapped Him to Make Him Come Back In Sense. He Looked at his Father and Hugged Him Tightly. He Said :

Dev - Don't Worry Champ!! I Know How My Daughter is, She Will be Fine!!

He Said To Him in a Calm Voice, And Finally Sid calmed a Bit. He Nodded and Sat On the Benches along with Everyone. 

After One Hour The Light Of OT Closed and Doctors Came Out. Seeing the Doctor, They Quickly Stood on their Feets and went to them. Sid said :

Sid - How Is She Doctor??

Doc - Look Gentlemen, Currently She is Out Of Danger But She is Unconscious. If She Didn't Got her Consciousness Its Possible that she Will Go In Coma and If She get Conscious then there are Chances that She might Suffer from Short Term Memory loss. Beside That Her Left Hand is Fractured and Remaining Everything's Fine!

Sid - But She Will be Fine Na!!

Doc - I Can't Give You False Hopes. Its On The Will Power of Patient and God's Power. Pray To God Everything Will Be Fine! She Is Kept in Observation for 48 Hours, Remaining is in God's Hand. You Guys Can meet in an Hour!

He Said this while keeping a Hand On His Shoulder and Left from there. Sid Fell with a Thud on the Benches. And Out of Nowhere He Fainted. Abhi and Fai Quickly Picked him taking him to his Room. 

The Nurses said that it was Due to Stress. Everyone Settled in that Room Only Waiting That Hour to finish so They Could meet Avu. They were waiting when Nurse came and said :

Nurse - You Guys Can Meet Ms. Malhotra Now! But Only 2 Persons at a Time!

They Nodded and the Nurse left from there. First Jan and Arya went. They Just Saw her and Came Back, Not able to see her in that Condition. Then Abhi and Fai Went. They Both Just Kissed her Forehead and came Back giving her Wishes to get well Soon. 

Dev Didn't went Inside as He said He Don't have Courage to See His Daughter Breathing with the help of Machines. He said he will meet her when She will be Conscious. 

After them, Shivi went Inside. She sat Beside Avu Not able to Control seeing her Like this, She Busted into tears keeping her Head near her Hand. After a Bit Kissing her Forehead Multiple Times, She also Came back.

By The Time She Came Back, Sid also got Conscious. Abhi told him that he can meet her Now. And Without waiting for anything, He left the Room and went to meet Avu. As He Went Inside, His Heart Beat Was 10X Faster. 

He Slowly Went Near her and Sat On the Chair Present Beside her. He Slowly held her hand And Kissed It. He Opened his Mouth to Say Something But Nothing Came Out. As If all the Words Just got Stuck. He Closed his Eyes and Kissed her Forehead. 

Soon the Nurse came and asked him to Leave as She wanted to Monitor Avu. He Nodded and Left from there Kissing her forehead again................................................................
