Imprisonment and Plea
Casey was imprisoned at Illinois state prison for Women awaiting trial so she call her sister Elsa telling her what's happening and Elsa said that she doesn't believe that Casey committed the murders and that the DA is gonna try and show evidence to the jury that was never shown at the crime scene so Elsa told Casey to have the best Lawyers so she did she hired Robert Varland first then she hired Lee Garfield second then she hired Nathan Gregson Third and then she hired Herbert Walker fourth and then she hired Johnny Johnson Fifth and then she hired Bob Stacking last then she picked Garfield to be lead Attorney then in Court Jake Richardson presided and asked Casey if she would like to enter a plea and she said yes and when the judge asked for the plea she said absolutely 500% Not Guilty so the State hired Matt Myers to be lead Prosecutor then he chose Bart Mills as Co-Prosecutor then he decided to have a woman on the case so he came to DA Chelsea Kyles and asked her to be a Co-Prosecutor in the Casey Jackson case and she said yes then when Opening Statements came the entire Defense team prepared their case against the Prosecution and prove Casey's Innocence
