Previously, we see Seiwa and Cleveland heading back to base after Sakura Empire attacked Azurlane and Declared war with Iron Blood forming Red Axis. Cleveland wants to interrogate Sewia about his ship and what he was and later asks if to join Azur Lane. Now, we could see Sewia and Cleveland on the docks heading toward the Captain Quarters ( i don't know what the place where Cleveland and Prince of Wales have the report meeting and Teatime).

I was asked to be interrogated about my ship and other important matters, while we headed toward the building. I start summoning a bunch of vehicles that will help the girls recover after the attack that happens a couple of minutes ago.
