The day of the competition.
"The last person, Naruto, presenting a song."
Naruto took his phone out from his pocket, dialed a number maybe he wouldn't dial it after tomorrow.
After dialing, he put his phone on the piano.
On another side, in the hospital.
*phone ringing*
The nurse helped Hinata to pick up the phone, then she put it beside her bed.
He's going to playing the song. she thought, and smiled weakly.
Naruto walked towards the mic.
"This is a song that I'll be playing for my girlfriend, Hinata."
*clap clap clap clap*
(Dear readers, just imagine the song.)
"Baby, I'm dancing in the dark, with you between my arms. Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favorite song."
"I have faith in what I see, now I know I have met an angel, in person, and she looks perfect."
"I don't deserve this, you look, perfect tonight."
Naruto sang at the last part of the song.
*CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP*
Hinata heard all of it, tears rolling down her cheeks.
Naruto took his phone to his ear.
"Naruto, thank you for the song." Hinata said. "Remember to find your true love, forget about me."
"I love you, Naruto."
Hinata gradually closed her eyes.
She passed away.
And that is the last sentence she said to him.
The nurse beside of her could see that she was still smiling, like she's just sleeping.
*BAM*
Naruto's phone slipped from his hand.
He immediately ran to the hospital.
And that's the last song he gave to her.
