_______________________________I hate long eyelashes.
Yes, you heard that right.
Because as much attractive as those long lashes are, trust me, when one of those little hair breaks and falls into your eye, it hurts, literally physically hurts.
Just like right now.
It's my last class of the day. And instead of listening to Mr. Todd's review of a recent case study in guerrilla marketing, I'm here at the back most seat, rubbing my right eye vigorously.
My mother had always told me not to rub my eyes so hard and rough.
But what can I do? When I rub it softly, the hair doesn't come out.Being a person with long lashes, I should've gotten used to these frequent breakouts but nope, everytime it happens, I panic fast.
Although I know I should not because the given the number of times it has happened before, I know the hair will come out eventually and I don't need to run my eyes so hard but to reassure myself, I still do it.
Oh god!
I need cold water, immediately or my eyes will get red and I hate that.Seeing as there were still twenty minutes before the class would end, I quickly stood up and abruptly said, "I'll be back in a minute, Mr. Todd. Thank you!"
Mr. Todd is one of the rare few teachers I'm nice to. He actually tries to understands his students without pre judging them like the others do.
Plus, he also gives us really fun assignments unlike the boring ones of other teachers.
Like last week, he told us to give a management as science analysis on our favourite brand or company and I chose Sephora.
I loved the assignment and worked really hard for it.
Needless to say, mine was the best in the whole class.See? I'm not an idiot. I just don't like accounts.
*puts my hands up in the air for the extra drama effect*
I walked quickly around my seat before going down the flat stairs towards the door at the end. In a hurry, I didn't notice the person sitting at the very end of the first seat and stumbled upon him while trying to walk quickly. Without having anything else to hold onto, I quickly fisted his red hoodie in my one hand and the other fell on his chest. Closing my eyes at the sudden movement, I could feel the thumping of my heart increased. My eyes widened when that guy froze upon my touch.
A sweet and enticing smell of fresh mint with subtle traces of leather filled my nostrils. Which aftershave did he use or is it his cologne?
Without realising it myself, I sniffed it more filling up my breath with it. It was strangely addictive.
Wait.....what?!
Addictive? No, no, no. Jaziel Pabme does not find anything addictive! Huh!
Getting my senses back, I immediately stood up straight before dusting off the invisible lint on my clothes and without sparing another glance to that guy, I walked out.Quickly racing to the bathroom, I slammed the door open and went to stand in front of the mirror.
Gathering a small amount of cold water from the tap in my hands, I splashed that on my face, particularly focusing on my eyes.
