  heard from her daughter the date was December 20, 1985 12 year old Sabrina was being picked up by her friend Charlotte and her older sister Jessica it was their towns big snowstorm and It was going to begin in a little bit so Jessica was hurrying  so all of them could get to school before the snow came then she pick the girls up from school at 4:30 it was there last day till Christmas vacation for both sets of parents decided the girls could have a sleepover at Charlottes house since the girls only lived around the corner from each other everything went as planned they got picked up and had there sleepover and stayed up all night long then around 8:30 Sabrina's mom called Charlottes mom and told her that they were going to Sabrina's uncle's house so she said that Sabrina will walk home. Even though Charlottes mom offered to drive her home Sabrinas mom offered to to drive her home Sabrinas mom Insisted that it would be okay for her to walk home since the snowing stopped and they only lived around the corner from each other little did Sabrina's Mom Know that would be one of the most devastating mistake's she ever made
