Ok! I think I have a idea for an angst so You got sick and Dee finds out but you say I'm fine to him so, he passes it off as it 's not that bad until breakfast and let's just say it didn't go well

Before we start the oneshot here is some info you need to know-

Y/N has chronic bronchitis caused from smoking. They would use smoking as a stress reliever. One day when they were in their room they started coughing a lot and eventually started coughing up blood and turns out they had chronic bronchiti without knowing. Some of the symptons of chronic bronchiti are, Cough, fatigue, chest pressure, headache, shortness of breath, sleeping difficulty, and sore throat. There is no cure to it but there is treatment for it but with them not knowing they had it they haven't done anything. They haven't told anyone because they didn't want to worry anyone or get in trouble. It has gotten worse but they still refuse to tell anyone.

Y/N POV

I woke up barely able to move. I didn't get much sleep last night. 

 I get up out of bed and get dressed in some jeans and and F/C hoodie. I head down stairs to eat some breakfast.

I walk in the kitchen to see mom and dad at the table drinking coffee. 

'i guess Heavy and Dee aren't up yet' but as soon as i thought that I see both of them walking down stairs.

"Hey Y/N." heavy says walking by me.

"hey heavy, Morning Dee." I say as I reach for a box of cereal. 

"Good morning." He says as he sits down at the table.

"Welp I'm off." mom says getting up from the table, and grabbing her jacket.

"I should be heading out too. Good bye." Dad says as he follows mom out the door.

"Bye." Dee and Heavy say in unison.

"By-" I start to say but I start coughing

"Are you ok?" Dee asks.

"Yea I'm fine, its just a little cold nothing more."

"Maybe you should stay home to day-"

"No no I'm fine, I promise."

"Ok if you say so."

"Come on losers, we're gonna be late if yo don't hurry up." Heavy says as he stands in the door way.

We all head out the door and head to school.

Dee's POV

I walk out of class to see Y/N in the hallway coughing a lot. 

I walk up to them and put my hand on their back. 

"Y/N I really think you should go home."

"No Dee, I'm fine, I don't need to go home. Listen there is only 2 classes left, I'll be ok for a while."

"Alright fine."

Its finally the end of class and I walk out to see a crowd of people at the door looking at something. 

I see Y/N's friend Jade looking worried.

I walk up to her to ask her what was happening. 

She looked at he a bit surprised.

"You didn't hear? Y/N is getting picked up by an ambulance."

"Wait why?"

"Well when we were in class she was coughing a lot so I asked them if they were ok and they told me 'I'm fine.' When they coughed again but this time it was blood, then they passed out on the floor."

I run to my locker and grab my phone and called Dad and explained what was happening and told him to pick us up.

We all get to the hospital where Y/N was. 

The nurse came out and told us what happened.

"They are unconscious right now. It turns out they have chronic bronchitis from smoking. It has gotten pretty bad, but we are trying to treat it. "

"Since when did they smoke?" Dad asked

"Its possible that they did it as a stress reliever." the nurse explained, then headed back into the room.

A little while later the nurse comes back out and said that we could come in but only one at a time.

Dad went in first, then Mom, then Heavy.

When Heavy comes walking out of the room, I stand up and walk in the room and close the door.

When I walk in I see Y/N hooked up to different machines.

I go over to the bed and sit down next to them and grab their hand.

"I'm so sorry Y/n for not noticing. I should have know that something was wrong, you have bee acting weird for a while now and I didn't do anything to help. Please just wake up Y/N so I can make everything right."

I feel their grip tighten a little around my hand then...

Their grip loosens as I hear the flat line.

I get up from my seat and do over to the door walking out and closing it behind me.

"Are you ok Dee?" Heavy asks with a concerned face.

I wipe the tear off my face and simply reply..

I'm fine...
