You woke up to loud dinging noises on your phone. You opened it up and saw that you were now part of another group chat. Not wanting to deal with your classmate's chaos, you muted the chat and went downstairs.

"Hey, DIO." you greeted as you drank some water in the cup DIO prepared for you.

"Mm," he let out a sound of acknowledgment.

Mornings were always awkward. There would be nothing to talk about so there'd just be an uncomfortable silence after greetings. At least for you.

After finishing the little snacks you had, you left the house to see Josuke in front.

"Josuke.. What are you doing here?" you asked him as you walked down the stairs in front of the house.

"Ah, um. So about the group chat-"

"Don't worry about it. I muted it so it doesn't matter." you answered, your eyelids slightly drooping from exhaustion.

"Ok then." he answered as he walked next to you.

"..."

"..."

"So-"

"Shush.. This is my time to think." you told him as he immediately shut up in confusion.

You both walked for a little longer before arriving at the school gates.

"Well, looks like we're here!" Josuke said.

"Mhm." you continued walking, leaving Josuke behind in the awkward atmosphere.

"Ah, well, I'll see you in class then!" he waved to you as he walked towards Okuyasu and their squad.

You continued walking inside the school until you reached your classroom and entered.

"Oh, hey, (Y/N)!" shouted a voice inside the classroom. You turned to the voice and saw Jolyne and her group.

"... Hi." you said before walking to your desk.

"What are you doing now?" she walked over.

"... Waiting."

"Oh, that's so boring though."

"..."

"Come on, talk a little more! We're friends!"

"... k..?"

"Ah, you must not know what to talk about! Well, what did you do before you transferred to this school?"

"... Nothing really.." you said.

"What'd you get expelled for?" she asked as her other group mates came over as well.

".. Violence and self-harm.."

"Self-harm?!" Jolyne yelled out, earning the eyes of many classmates on you.

"..." you glared at Jolyne and started ignoring her.

"Then, where did you get those videos?" she asked.

"..."

"Come on! Answer me!" she said, grabbing onto your arm, annoying you.

"..."

You saw the teacher started walking in and the group immediately rushed back to their spots.

"Good morning class, I apologize for being a bit late. I ran into a bit of traffic today. Onto today's lesson...."
