Chapter 8- Respawn

As the Next day began Y/N found herself up early.As she couldn't get back to sleep since it was 5 in the morning she sat up and just chilled out.She was calm.

She thought to herself since her fellow aquaintences saw her face,would they act odd? different? Well she knew shed find out later to be fair.

It was getting lighter outside.She stayed in her bed since she found that she was enjoying the warmth.

In general her room was warm too.Maybe the weather had got intenser.

As Y/N stared off and started to daydream,time passed quickly.
It had been 2 hours when she got snapped back to reality

"MAGGOTS,ITS TIME TO GET UP" Soldier shouted.That was everyones alarm and sign to get up and sort themselves out quickly.

Y/N got up and then got dressed.She had everything but her mask.
As she sorted herself out,she opened her bedroom door,exited her bedroom and shut the door behined herself.

Y/N was boiling hot,the overbearing heat was killing her.It was absolutely scorching.

Y/N made her way to the dining area they always go to for breakfast.

Scout was eating cereal and she spotted him,luckily there was a spaxe next to him,she thought he must of saved it for her.

She approached Scout and sat down next to him.He looked at her and then grabbed a bowl and the cereal box and milk.It was Coco pops,of course it was Coco pops.
Y/N thanked him and got herself a bowl of cereal.
Some of the Mercenaries were sat at the table too.

Demoman who was also eating cereal but instead of milk it was one of his beers.It looked vile.And smelt so potent.He was facing Scout.

Next to Demoman was Soldier.He was eating toast and was chatting at Demoman.Demoman was to pissed to continue the convernsation.So Soldier talked for the both of them at Demoman.

Heavy was on the furthest seat away on the same side as Scout and Y/N.
Spy next to Soldier with a tab in his hand,the smell of the smoke/tobacco was also sickening and strong.He also had a cup of coffee.He was busy with his own world.He was looking down at the table keeping to himself.

Engineer arrived to the table.He sat next to Y/N and did a polite "Howdy" and continued to get himself some cereal.

As he poured cereal into a bowl he began to speak "Well men,oh and woman of course,today youll find that the heat,well its a heatwave.So today,if you find you need to do extra things to keep cool like,wear shorts or go topless or use suncream and have water.Well its been permitted by Miss Pauling.So feel free to do what you need to."

Demoman just slurred some words "ayee lad.I will".Everyone else just nodded and acknowledged Engineer.

Y/N by now was almost finished eating.She was thinking about brining a water bottle and some suncream.And maybe keeping her full leather black trench coat off.I mean leather? Not a smart decision to keep it on.

Y/N looked at Scout who was finished and just sat chilling.

"If its uh,too hot,can we have a day off?" Scout asked

Engineer replied "Sure can partner,but it has to get bad bad."

Scout nodded "Well uh,i hope we do,i hope we do get the day off".

Y/N chimed in "Yeah like,i would be nice to have a hot day to relax.I mean im not against the idea.Im not used to this weather.So its new to me.Its like i have to adapt."

Scout nodded and did a small smile.

"If these are optional then im taking it off.I just know im going to be so hot." Scout said justifying the fact he was taking his top off.He left it on his seat and just stood up. "Im getting Suncream so i dont get sunburnt" he explained to Y/N.
